Felt like home

This property was perfect for us. The pictures just don’t do it justice. It’s very spacious, has beautiful vaulted ceilings, and is peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, cooking ware, small appliances, etc. We really liked how bright the space was- lots of windows and natural light. We spent close to 6 weeks here while undergoing cancer treatment at MSKCC. We couldn’t have been happier staying here. The property is very close to stores, highways, etc but feels like you’re in the country. The hosts are amazing- caring, attentive, and they made sure our stay was as comfortable and welcoming as possible. It truly felt like a home away from home for us.

The property is in a lovely setting with a brook running through it. It is surrounded by trees..and was very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is comfy with a great room with a vaulted ceiling. The kitchen and dining area are located in the great room so it is very convenient to talk and cook.The Kitchen is well equipped with nice pots and pans. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. Easy access to Merritt Parkway but no noise.The cottage could use some TLC.. (. coat of paint )

Lovely convenient location

You are so close to everything but feel like you are a million miles away. Situated in a quiet, wooded neighborhood with a scenic babbling brook in the backyard. The home is spacious and comfortable with a large kitchen. Welcoming and attentive hosts.

We love music, which you will hear quite often, nature, people and good food and look forward to keeping our guests comfortable at all times.

Stamford is full of excitement and close to everything. It has a diverse culture and rich in the arts. This neighborhood in North Stamford, is close to all amenities and has everything, yet tucked away from everyone.The home is welcoming with large rooms and warm in character.. It is comfortable, extremely spacious and allows for a comfortable living experience. It is secluded yet close to all. It is set on 1.5 acres, private yet close to all. Walking, hiking, biking all happening. Our past guests have enjoyed the cottage and the surrounding area immensely. You will too!

Upon entering the front room of the guest house, you will feel welcomed and be surprised by the spaciousness of the area. The great room has wonderful high arched ceilings and large windows which lets in an abundance of light, especially on a sunny day! Outdoor stream adds peace and quiet. Bocce court is always fun!
It is Close to Merritt Pkwy, trains, restaurants of all types, public transportation and stores.
