Spacious flat in a convenient location. Worked out wonderfully for our family of 5.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is extremely convenient, being a short walk from Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. We were provided with many instructions and recommendations which were very helpful, and the apartment was very spacious and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the helpful and prompt communication with Debbie, thank you for that! We would definitely recommend this apartment for your London stay.
Good value for the price. Great location near Kings cross, and you can get from there everywhere in London, also airports. The flat (3) was quite clean functional. Kitchen is small. The bar on the opposite side can be noisy. Check in/out was easy. Communication with Debbie was easy.
The location was great for our arrival at Kings Cross and departure on eurostar. Easy walk. Livingroom sofas comfy and beds were good too. It was great to have a separate washer and dryer. The ensuite is tiny but worked ok with plenty of hot water in shower. Good wifi.
Spent the first week of July in 36 Flat 3 apartment as a group of 4. The flat location was superb with all amenities and strategic tube and train stations nearby yet located in relatively quiet street. Kitchen and both bdrms were small yet functional (single double bed in both with small closets). Bathrooms were clean and adequate. Sofa bed in living room was useful. TV and wifi worked well. Host Debbie was responsive and helpful. Definitely would consider this again the next time.
The property was well maintained and very conveniently located near the Kings Cross train station. My only complaint about the property was that the trash bags were very flimsy and tended tear when extracted from the trash bin. This was minor annoyance.
Communications with the property manager were a bit difficult as the manager tended to respond to email questions with a form letter response rather than individually addressing the questions. Another annoyance was that the the form letters asked for information to be filled out (such as who was staying in the unit) and then bury the request fro info on page 3 of of a 5 page email. Communications could be clearer and more simplified but the property itself was excellent.
