Property was amazing and the weekend was great, wished it was longer. The masterbed was rough to sleep on actually the only draw back. Loved the lights over the deck gave it a good ambiance. The indoor pool was great to relax in didnt make it to the hot tub but we had a blast. Food was great at the Copper Mine restaurant. Never made it to any others to try, definitely will return maybe in winter to see how it is. Best part of the weekend was driving the moutain roads and exploring. A very beautiful place to unwind and relax.....the tub was phenomenal with the jets and and the hot water. Very relaxing.

While our stay was enjoyable, we did have problems with lighting. The bathrooms we're extremely dark! The lights weren't even working in the master bath! A bit frustrating when getting dressed for the day. We also didn't know there was only a tub in the master bath. When we first arrived, the hallway by the outside door was very dirty. Lots of pinetags everywhere. I was very glad to see there was a Keurig as well as a fully stocked kitchen. That made our week very enjoyable! Would definitely suggest replacing lights not working & possibly updating them with brighter LEDs.

The unit is in a nice place in a good location. The family room, which is in the picture, was the highlight as it is a nice comfortable room. The beds were all good with solid mattresses. And, the place has a nice view of one of the ski slopes (not as important in the summer but still nice).

The place is a little dated and could use an upgrade but we enjoyed it. Getting into the unit would be an issue for someone physically challenged as there are some stairs down.

I have the following small nits that they could easily solve to improve the experience:

- They are doing some working on the master bedroom which is ok. However, they left the new lights and a new TV in a box in the room in the way. This should have been put away.

- Their check-out instructions are over-the-top - they expect you to turn off the water upon leaving but also have all the dishes clean and put away. This means you have to hand wash dishes in the morning on departure. They also ask you to open all the cabinet doors of the sinks. Who knows why? They also want you to strip the beds, gather up all the towels, and remove all the garbage from the unit. Quite frankly, I don't know why I paid a cleaning fee...

Great location, well supplied. Perfect for a getaway with a family.

Beautiful and clean! Amazing light and view. Best place we have stayed so far and very helpful communication. A storm was coming in and we were offered flexibility in our arrival which was appreciated. Only tough thing was the run outside the building was not open so it wasn’t quite ski in ski out. We have come to wintergreen for years and have never had that run closed so hopefully this was uncommon.
