PLEASE READ: Due to low lake-levels, if you are hoping to enjoy the lake during your stay and/or bring a boat, it will be very important to verify that the cove has water and the lake can be accessed.
****As of March 2024 due to low lake levels there is no boat access or swimming in lake. For most recent updates, please contact us prior to booking**** The lake levels continue to drop but the pool level is perfect!

- Non-smoking residence; Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, but you can smoke outside.
- Absolutely No events, parties or large gatherings
- No Open Flames inside the home
- We make every attempt to ensure that the hot tubs are in service, hot, and ready for your arrival. However, there are times when a hot tub is out of service due to circumstances beyond our control. We do not charge extra for our hot tub amenities, and there will be no refund if a hot tub is not in service when you arrive.

- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve home
- Check-in time is 3pm; Check-out time is 10am
- You may not exceed this property's maximum occupancy (12) at any point during your stay.
