We stayed for ten days in The Limeri Residence. We are a couple with an eight years old son.
We had the most wonderful holiday. The standard of accommodation is marvellous and there are breath taking views from the terrace and balconies. The swimming pool is a bonus.
Poros is magical!
Marie Louise, Florian and Jeanette could not have been more helpful or attentive.
Thank you so much and we hope to return soon.

I stayed here for three magical weeks, visited by family and friends who came to help me celebrate 60 years on the planet. As two of them commented, the website doesn't do justice to the beauty and the quality of the place. From Limeri there are breathtaking panoramic views of the town and the Saronic Gulf, backed by the mountains of the Peloponnese that range in colour from red-gold to deep blue-purple with the changing light of the Aegean day and night. A truly incomparable location, more than worthy of the climb to reach it.
Maintenance, cleanliness and service were impeccable and unobtrusive, but also friendly when encountered. Reshwan and Janetta clearly take both pride and pleasure in their work, and it seems that nothing is too much trouble for them. Furnishings are elegant and understated, comfortable, and provide an ideal holiday home-from-home. Marie-Luise's own warmth and hospitality are evident in every detail, showing her intuitive understanding of what guests would want from their stay, and making sure it is provided.
Poros itself is a beautiful island, still very Greek and mercifully spared the ravages of the mass tourist market. It was the ideal destination for me this summer, its peace and serenity reminding me of why I first fell in love with this country thirty years ago. We ate out most evenings (superb fish and seafood, squeaky-fresh salads, thick and creamy dips, crusty peasant bread still warm from the oven), seated at water-front tables, just a few feet from Homer's wine-dark sea, and fervently wished that time would stand still.
Alas, time moved on. Now I'm back treading the streets of south London and desperately missing the light, and the air, and the long sun-soaked afternoons when the only sound was the chirping of the cicadas and the occasional distant chugging of a water taxi crossing to the mainland. I'll be back at the first possible opportunity!
Limerie studios had a wonderful view, beautifully presented home and pool. Poros town and island had something for everyone in the family: we could swim, do sea sports, there was a small pub/club for the older teenagers, atmospheric town, amazing Greek restaurants, we went quad biking in the hills, saw a beautiful monastery and Poseidon temple. We had loads of reading and relaxing and were looked after beautifully by everyone. Cannot recommend it highly enough
The place has a perfect location in the town, close to all restaurants and services. It's nicer than the pictures on the website. We recommend you to hire bikes or motorcycles to go to all the beautiful beaches around the island (within 5-10 minute by bike).
We stayed with 2 kids (5 years) and consider the appt to be very convenient and safe. They loved it as well.
The service and host was far beyond expectation, all the way from picking up by the ferry, to baggage carrying, every day cleaning and not the least sending me my drivers license that I forgot/lost in Poros by mail.
We would love to rent this appartment again, if going to Poros.
Sto Roloi (Terrace apartment) felt like a home away from home.
The Terrace apartment felt spacious and this perfect when traveling with toddlers/children.
The beds were comfortable - good nights sleep.
A magnificient view of the harbour was an added bonus.
Close walking distance to restaurants, children's playground and ferries.
The locals of Poros are very friendly and we felt very welcomed.
A great place to unwind and relax.
Thank you for a great time.
Poros is such a special island, it really is my favourite place on Earth. I was delighted and surprised to find this gem of a villa there and loved every single second of my stay. Perched on a hillside it offers breathtaking views of the sea and neighbouring mainland village. Two balconies and a huge terrace give you plenty of space for admiring the views, dining al fresco, sipping a cool drink, sunbathing, sitting down with a good book... you name it! You just want to sit outside all the time because it's so beautiful. And there's also a tiny pool outside if you want to take a morning dip before heading to a beach.
However, the house is also beautiful inside. It is so wonderfully restored, paying attention to comfort and modern amenities as well as traditions and Greek culture. It feels like a second home, with a well-equipped kitchen and cosy bathroom with power shower and massage bath.
It's all very well maintained and cleaned, the owner's team takes such good care of you. Really you won't have a care in the world there - except for maybe time passing too quickly and you having to leave for home way too soon...
Loved it and can't wait to go back again.
