Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean and had a good amount of space. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. Be sure and bring things like salt and pepper and sugar. The view of the ocean is nice. The king size bed is not very comfortable and the guest bathroom drain does not work well. Besides that, the access to beach was very good and the pool is very nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were satisfied with the unit and we have reserved it for a future visit; however, there are some issues which we would classify as nuisances. The floors were swept but needed to be mopped. There was soot buildup on the ceiling near the air vents in the living room and master bedroom. There was also soot buildup on the air vents, especially the main return air grill at the furnace closet. The upper east wall in the master bedroom had significant dust buildup. The balcony and kitchen blinds should be replaced. Slats fall out of the balcony blinds when operated. The kitchen blind is missing slat. The guest bathtub backs up with water. It appears the drain plug mechanism needs to be replaced. There was a warning to not set the air conditioner below 74-degrees to avoid freeze-up of the unit, which makes the bedrooms warm at night, and there are no ceiling fans. The Spectrum TV remotes do not work properly in the living room and the guest bedroom. Also, there are no television-specific remotes for these TVs. The internet seemed very slow, which created some streaming issues. The refrigerator has rust on the side, which is a cosmetic eyesore. The dining room table has been brush-painted and the surface is rough. There is also some peeling along the edges.There is also an electrical breaker issue with the dishwasher.

Great Location
We could see the Rocket Launch from our room. It was an awesome view of the launch. It is a great location for exploring the area, beaches, the Brevard Zoo, Kennedy Space Center and shopping.

Welcome! 2019 will be our 15th year that My wife Patti and I have been renting all of our Vacation Homes! It all started when we thought that Condos and Hotels were TOO EXPENSIVE for families to enjoy, so we wanted to do something about it. We bought our first Condo, set the prices low (we were not trying to make a killing) and people loved it as a concept. Well, it grew from there. Now we own, manage, and rent our many vacation homes, renting to over 2,500 Happy Guest families just like you every year at two great Florida locations: Cocoa Beach, and right outside the Main Gate at Walt Disney World! It keeps us very busy and we love it. The best part is helping our guests have a fabulous stay while in Florida without charging them an arm and a leg as they say. We want you to have a fantastic time in any of our wonderful and Gorgeous Vacation Homes.

About us: We grew up in the Midwest - Columbus Ohio, and Naperville, Illinois. We made the move down to Sunny Orlando to be closer to (and manage) our Vacation Homes.
