Fantastic!
Overall, a great experience, even in the winter! Well stocked kitchen. Netflix, wifi, echo, lots of chargers for your phone/iPad in every room! Only suggestion is the 6+ electronic fresheners throughout were overwhelming and may be an issue in people with fragrance sensitivities. Once removed, it was fine! Overall, terrific. Thanks Simon!
Exactly as advertised!
BrightSky is a wonderful place to stay! This house is just like it is pictured & is very well stocked. It has everything you could ever need, especially in the kitchen. We were 3 generations of one family and there was something for everyone. Our 2 yr old grandchild loved the bunkbed room & all the toys & books there. She didn’t even look at the toys she brought from home. The swing set on the front lawn was handy too for some playtime right close by. The house is spacious and the neighbourhood very peaceful & quiet. Having 2 park passes to go to the beach was convenient, as was having laundry available in the house. Simon was easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to any questions; the bottle of wine which welcomed us was very nice too. It was a bit cool being the first week of September, but we still went to the beach a few times & it is only 10 minutes to Sandbanks. We would recommend this rental especially for large families.
Amazing property and location
Property very quiet, clean, comfy, well supplied (kitchen and linen) and ideally located near Sandbanks national park (Outlet and Dunes beach). Communication with owners excellent. Would recommend this house to any family.
Great location, lovely house
This property is a lovely house with a beautiful view of a natural, reed-filled lake. The lake side of the property is dominated by two magnificent trees, home to a number of birds and squirrels. We were visited by a couple of foxes while we were here and there was a swan family living just below us in the lake. Our grandchildren greatly enjoyed the property and the lake, including going kayaking in the kayaks provided by the property. There is a large lawn on the side of the house away from the lake where the kids enjoyed playing ball and using the swing set and basketball net provided. Simon is a gracious host and was available to assist remotely when we needed him. The house has all the amenities one could possibly need and is well outfitted with linen, towels and crockery. A nice touch was the provision of two permits to SandBanks Provincial Park, which we used several times. It is only a 5 minute drive to the Park where young kids can avail themselves of wonderful swimming in a very safe environment. All in all, I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a family getaway reasonably close to Toronto or Montreal.
