Onze 4e verdieping,-lift onderhouden, ruim, de kathedraal plafond, volledig ingerichte vakantie condominium, met drie plafond dakramen,-luifel overdekt Lanai, indoor en outdoor eettafels, biedt een spectaculair panoramisch uitzicht op de oceaan en prachtige zonsondergangen, en zal uw huis weg van huis.

Dineren op de veranda en kijk naar de veranderende zee en de lucht, strekken zich uit bij het zwembad of jacuzzi met een goed boek en een koel drankje, nadenken over de toekomst met een duik in de sauna, BBQ uw diner op het gas BBQ's op een van beide het tennisbanen of het zwembad, een partijtje golf in het nabijgelegen Wailea en Makena cursussen, of beter nog een wandeling over de weg naar een van de mooiste witte zandstranden op Maui - het prachtige Kamaole I en II stranden, waar de rustige branding zal lokken u in te zwemmen en snorkelen de riffen in het heldere warme blauwe water, vervolgens koesteren in de felle zon Kihei. Als een toegevoegde plus, van december tot mei, bultrugwalvissen zul je lokken landwaarts moeders bokkesprongen maken met hun kalveren te kijken.

Gemiddeld overdag Kihei's temperatuur in de lage jaren 80 en avonden zijn altijd aangenaam. De centrale ligging stelt u in staat om alle prachtige activiteiten te bereiken op Maui gemakkelijk. Windsurfen, peddelen, kajakken en surfen zijn allemaal gemakkelijk te bereiken sport voor de avontuurlijke en resort van wereldklasse golfbanen en lekker eten zijn minuten. Perfect!

Kihei Alii Kai is a great complex, with super views, easy access to a great beach, and close to lots of eating options. This condo was clean and lots of amenities. We'll be going back!

Great Stay in Kihei

Our family of 4 (children ages 12 & 14) enjoyed a week at Carole's condo to celebrate the New Year. The kids took the upstairs loft while us parents used the downstairs bedroom. There are beautiful views of Molokini and Kahoolawe islands (and whales!) from the balcony. We enjoyed snorkeling and sunset every evening on Kam I Beach right at the bottom of the street. We used the BBQs nearby the unit to cook dinners a couple of evenings, and also made use of almost every store in the shopping center adjacent to the building: Maui Fish'n Chips, Maui Gelato, Jawz Mexican Grill, Boss Frog's Snorkel, and most especially the Maui Bread Company. Also used Hawaiian Moons Grocery Store, Beach Street Shave Ice, Aloha Liquor and the excellent Cafe O'Lei seafood restaurant, all within a 5 minute walk of this condo. We had a rental car, but you really don't even need one while staying at this location. Hope to be back someday!

Great Kihei condo

This condo at Kihei Alii Kai is a really great option. It has a great view, 3 beds, ac, tons of beach equipment, and in a good, quiet complex. Carole was a pleasure to work with and communication was flawless. Definitely will rent again!

Family of 4 enjoyed this beautiful condo

We were impressed by the condo layout the moment we stepped in it. Living room and balcony were facing the ocean as pictured, but being there in person was still quite exciting. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the balcony whenever we could. There were beach chairs and umbrellas which made it so convenient for us. Carole was such a great host. She communicated to us before and during our stay, and tried to make our experience there as enjoyable as possible. Thank you Carole! We’ll definitely stay here again when we return.

A Surreal But Wonderful Vacation

Carole's 2 bedroom condo is decked out with everything you need for an amazing vacation in South Kihei, Maui. There are water and beach toys; books; fully stocked, and then some kitchen; beach chairs and umbrellas; comfortable beds and comfortable furniture. Having a full-size washer and dryer in unit means you don't have to waste precious beach or tourist time washing clothes. You can cook gourmet meals with the appliances provided, her stove even has an "Air Fryer" feature, which you can use to crisp up the chicken skins you can purchase at Foodland right down the road. Carole's condo is located across from one of the best beaches in Kihei, and is only one of three that you enjoy without even renting a vehicle. The mall at the end of the street has restaurants and some of the best gelato on the island. The ABC store is right around the corner and has really improved sonce I was there last. They now have fresh poke bowls, sandwiches, different flavors of musubi, anything your heart could desire that is Hawaiian. Staying at Carole's condo offeres you a stay at one of the most expensive vacation spots in the world for a reasonable cost. 5 star living at a 3 star price. I highly recommended Carole's Kihei Alii Kai condo for a wonderful stay in the mist beautiful island in my world. #mauistrong

My dear husband, Lothar passed away December 3, 2020, on his 85th birthday. We were married 62 years. Lothar was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and I was born in Brooklyn, NY, but we both spent our early years in Los Angeles, and went to UCLA. We moved to San Francisco in 1967 where Lothar worked for the City, and Carole taught high school English and history, and was also a librarian and community college instructor. We are blessed with 2 wonderful sons and daughters-in-law, and 6 fantastic grandchildren. Eric is an educator, with gorgeous twin girls, and Kris, is an architect, with 3 surfing sons and a beautiful surfing daughter. We split our year between CA and HI, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends in both places. We also enjoyed traveling to far-away places. In Maui, we ocean swam and snorkeled every morning at our lovely Kamaole Beach, just across the road. We also enjoyed water aerobics and long beach walks, especially at sunset. I love to cook and entertain family and friends in Maui and San Francisco. We both loved to read, watch good films, and enjoyed listening to both classical and folk music- especially if we could sing along! We made our first trip to Hawaii in 1975 and decided it was where we wanted our vacation home. After we retired, we spend most of the year in Hawaii enjoying its beauty, the beaches, the weather and the wonderful Aloha spirit of the people.

We fell in love with our Kihei Alii Kai condo at first sight, in 1991. Spacious rooms, a cathedral ceiling and the property amenities were many. We loved the spectacular ocean views and easy walking distance to the Kamaole Beaches - among the very best in Maui for swimming, snorkeling and boogie boarding, or just relaxing on the soft white sand with a good book. The property amenities, the ease of traveling to any point on the island and proximity to our shopping needs all made Kihei Alii Kai a perfect vacation home for us and our family. We now have a hiking trail which begins at the Kamaole Beaches and continues all the way to Wailea. The path is easily traversed and is completely off the roadway. There are wonderful views and beach access is readily available. Restaurants dot the path in Wailea, so stopping for a bite to eat or a drink is easy to do before your trip back home. Our son Eric enjoys paddling with local canoe groups, and Kris has his choice of golf courses within minutes of our condo. Our grandkids race to the beach each morning and spend the day boogie boarding, swimming and playing in the surf. We also loved to jump in the ocean each morning and snorkel to see the turtles and explore the reefs.

Since our family uses this as our vacation home, we are fully furnished and equipped and share these amenities with our guests. We want them to have all the comforts of home, including a renovated kitchen, a 42" Smart cable TV and fast Wifi. We also provide beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, and beach toys for the kids. We have a library of good beach reads with kids books as well as books on our Hawaii birds, flowers and saline. Our covered parking, elevator and beautiful pool, jacuzzi, pickle ball and shuffleboard courts make this a true family vacation getaway spot. We want this to be your home away from home too, and have made it as welcoming as we can. "Kihei no ka oi" = Kihei is the best!
