GEZELLIG APPARTEMENT !! IDEAL JONGE

Encantador apartamento con una ubicación estratégica. Muy de agradecer, también, el estupendo trato por parte de Marian y de Joan. Muy recomendable, a pesar de ser un cuarto piso sin ascensor (en nuestro caso no supuso ningún problema, pero puede que para algunos lo pudiera ser).

We loved our stay here!

Situated in the old centre within walking distance of most buildings, if you are up to it. Metro stations are only about a 5 minute walk though. Shops and bars a couple of minutes away. Apartment itself very quiet even though in the heart of the city.

The apartment is beautifully decorated with great care to detail. We found the bed comfortable with good pillows. The space was well planned even though small it contains all you need.

Water hot with good shower and boiler big enough for 2 good showers possibly more. We even used the washing machine and hung our clothes up using the lines on the roof terrace. Great views of the city from up there !

WiFi was fast and very useful for planning our day.

We took the Cercanias from Terminal 4 exit at the airport to Atocha Cercanias and walked from there, about 15 minutes. Cost €2.60 each.

We were amazed at the size of Madrid Airport. It was a fair walk from our arrival gate (Iberia Express) to T4 baggage reclaim and exit to the Cercanias!

Of course, after a good day sightseeing the 4th floor with all the stairs was not something we were looking forward to but we knew there was no lift so it's something you just have to get on with! We are mid 60s and managed ok with some puffing and blowing!

Marian's apartment would definitely be our fist choice if/when we came to Madrid again. It's a top city!

Sehr hübsche und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man so braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann fast alle wichtigen Plätze und Museen zu Fuß erreichen. Für fernere Ziele ist die Metrostation schnell zu erreichen. Dazu hatten wir Ende März herrliches Frühlingswetter, ein hervorragender Kurzurlaub.

Piso muy bonito, muy equipado y limpio.

Mi pareja y yo decidimos viajar a Madrid para pasar unas pequeñas vacaciones juntos. Somos estudiantes y vivimos cada uno en una punta distinta de España, así que cada minuto que pasamos juntos es algo que aprovechamos al máximo. Y este pequeño apartamento es lo que más cerca hemos tenido de llamar un hogar.

Antes de hablar del apartamento, tengo que decir que Marian ha sido muy amable al acogernos aquí. Se ha preocupado por todo, desde señalarnos cómo llegar aquí hasta de darnos guías sobre lo que ver en Madrid. Es un encanto, para cualquier problema ella estará dispuesta a ayudaros.

El apartamento viene equipado con todo lo esencial, así que no debes preocuparte de traerte nada de casa. Está muy bien decorado y da gusto quedarse ahí tras un largo día de trotes por la ciudad. Hay calefacción, por lo que no pasamos frío por la noche. El metro y los supermercados están muy cerca. Quizás la única pega es que es un cuarto piso, pero no ha sido algo como para darle mucha importancia.

En resumen, la experiencia ha sido de lujo. Si un día volvemos por Madrid, no cabe duda de que volveremos aquí <3
