Voor 4 personen. Villa met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. De grootste slaapkamer is volledig uitgerust met uitzicht op het zwembad en de achtertuin. Deze grote slaapkamer heeft een tweepersoonsbed, een inbouwkast en nachtkastjes. Er is een grote keuken / eetkamer. In de eetzaal is er een eettafel voor 8 personen. Er is ook een buffetkast met boeken, cd's en dvd's.
De keuken is volledig uitgerust met koelkast / vriezer, magnetron, vaatwasser, kookplaat, oven, waterkoker, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat, enz
In de lounge is zitgelegenheid, salontafel en tv (met Portugese kanalen en satellietkanalen, waaronder enkele Engelse). Er is ook een dvd-speler en een radio / cd-speler en een router met wifi. keuken met vaatwasser en wasmachine en magnetron lounge is groot en comfortabel, goed uitgerust. - Opmerkingen over accommodatie: De villa is voorzien van dubbel glas en centraal verwarmd voor de wintermaanden met radiatoren in elke kamer. Alle ramen hebben luiken die nuttig zijn voor het buiten houden van de zon en voor verdere veiligheid. Reizen kinderbed en-stoel op aanvraag beschikbaar voor een meerprijs. Welkomstpakket beschikbaar tegen meerprijs. Roken is niet toegestaan op het terrein. Buiten: Naast een ruime patio aan het zwembad om te zonnebaden of dineren, aan de achterzijde van de villa is er een groot terras om te zonnebaden, buiten te ontbijten of gewoon genieten van het adembenemende uitzicht op het zwembad.

We had a really, really great time in the house. But beware of the mosquitos!

We really enjoyed our time in the house. We stayed there as four friends and the breakdown of the house was perfect for that. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with 2 single beds. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, which was really nice! The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything! There is a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a fancy espresso machine (which we didn't use though) and even a wine cooler! The house as well as the pool was clean and it was really nice to sit outside on the terrace to enjoy the sun and the warm weather.
The only thing that was really annoying was the mosquitos entering a least one of the bedrooms continuously. Lots of mosquitos entered the room via the bathroom windows, which are situated at the shady back of the house, where all the mosquitos seem to live. We tried everything to keep the mosquitos out of the room but they always found a way in. So in the end we had to buy a mosquito net, which was really the only option to have a calm night. It would be really nice if some mosquito nets would be build into the windows, so that one can ventilate the rooms without the annoying mosquitos entering all the time.
Moreover, we didn't really know until we arrived if we actually have the house to ourselves or if we share the space. It turned out that half of the time two other couples were living in an extra apartment on the same ground. It wasn't problematic and we actually hardly saw each other. However, it would have been nice to actually know if also others are living there. This wasn't really obvious from the description of the house.
However, we really had a great time and would always come back to the house again! Hopefully without the mosquitos next time! :)

Nice villa near the coast

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Swimming pool not huge but good for kids and cooling down. On the warm evenings the roof terrace was great.
Monté Clerigo beach nearby was beautiful and the highlight for us. Aljezur was 10k away and good for lunch and shopping. Sylvester was very helpful with questions and small requests.
One minus was that one bathroom was damp —airing difficult because of the mosquitoes. The other bathroom was fine.

sehr ruhige, schöne, großzügige und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Elternschlafzimmer wunderbar mit eigenem Bad und herrlicher Matratze für eine geruhsame Nacht. Kinderschalfzimmer für Jugendliche über 1.80 m und schwereren Gewicht als 50 Kg matratzentechnisch etwas ungeeignet, da wir aber nur zur zweit waren für uns unerheblich.

Great house, love the area

The house is really cool. We stayed there for two weeks and we love the house, the kitchen is huge, the living room too, and also they have a good tv so we were able to plug in our Apple tv and see movies/series. The rooms are also really good and they provide us towels each week.
They also have utils for babies. Our friends came with their baby and they use the bed and the chair, I think that is really useful.
They allow us to go with our dogs (two small dogs), they just asked us to be careful with them and the property.
We love the area and we go there all the summers. I think Valle da telha is a cool place to stay, it's really calm and you can walk over the cliffs.
The person who attend us was really kind. They suddenly came to the house to fix anything and I tell her to don't do that, to please message me if they were going to come. So, since then, she started to notify me.
Just one thing. They have two houses, so if you want to stay alone in the pool/garden, tell them that you don't want to share. I'm not sure if they always allow that, but we stayed alone there.
I really recommend the house. I think that is a perfect house to stay.

We stayed for two weeks in May. Check-in was easy as well as check-out and Silvester was at our disposal whenever we needed him. Communicationthroughout the booking process was excellent, we always got a fast response.Kitchenware was ok, even when it was an interesting mixture of styles and sometimes single pieces. The house is as described in the pictures and is clean and quite spacious. The Rangemaster oven was a real challenge, which we mastered I guess with excellence as it brought up fine meals. The pool was quite refreshing due to May, but was no real hindrance to sportive activities. We liked the surroundings much, including some colourful sunsets at the nearby cliffs. If you don't know Western Algarve, Vale da Telha is a real good place to start sightseeing to some dozens excellent beaches, not very crowded I suppose even in the hot season.
We had fine holidays thanks to an excellent house and would fully recommend it to our friends

Vakantie met speciale interesses:
Uitstekend om te surfen met veel populaire surfstranden vlakbij, waaronder een aan het einde van de weg waar het huis staat, en een surfschool op ongeveer 1 / 2km om de hoek en verschillende surfverhuur + winkels in Aljezur en Carrapateira. Ook wandelen langs de kust, paardrijden, verkenning van het platteland, strandleven, strandcafés zwemmen en golfen.
Slide and Splash is een waterpark in de regio, heel leuk en een geweldig dagje uit voor het hele gezin. Entreebewijzen zijn ongeveer E20 per persoon / E15-kinderen. Er zijn tal van glijbanen, zwembaden en mooie grasvelden om te ontspannen en in de zon te baden. Eten en drinken zijn redelijk geprijsd, waardoor het een uitstekend dagje uit is. Altijd een winnaar met kinderen!
Kust / Strand:
Er zijn twee grote gouden zandstranden op 6 minuten rijden, Monte Clerigo een fantastisch familiestrand met 2 heerlijke restaurants en Arifana het surfparadijs. Er zijn nog enkele andere fantastische stranden te vinden op slechts een klein eindje rijden.
Reizen:
Gelegen op ongeveer 1 uur en 20 minuten rijden van de luchthaven van Faro met het lokale stadje Aljezur op 10 minuten rijden. Autohuur is essentieel en royale kortingen zijn verkrijgbaar bij een lokaal bedrijf, opererend vanuit de luchthaven van Faro.
Afstanden:
De stad Aljezur ligt op 10 minuten rijden, waar u een aantal winkels en eetgelegenheden vindt. Waarom bezoekt u niet het oude kasteelterrein van Aljezur? Er zijn ook 2 restaurants op minder dan 3 minuten rijden van het appartement met een selectie aan gerechten. Voor de kinderen is de dierentuin van Lagos slechts 30 minuten rijden.
Verdere details:
Het historische stadje Aljezur heeft een scala aan winkels, restaurants, banken, een postkantoor, mini-supermarkten, musea en ook een kasteelruïne om te bezoeken. Er is ook een dagelijkse markt waar de meest verse groenten en fruit en lokaal gevangen verse vis kunnen worden gekocht. Voor degenen die genieten van het meenemen van de lokale cultuur en de eenvoud van het leven die bestaat in de pas recent ontdekte westelijke Algarve, is een bezoek aan Aljezur en ook Lagos een must. Lagos is een groter en toch historisch stadje met een jachthaven waar boottochten kunnen worden gemaakt, stranden en nog veel meer bezienswaardigheden.
