Appartement in Las Ramblas, Costa Blanca, Spanje - een rustige locatie met een 5 minuten rijden van de stranden van Cabo Roig en Campoamar.

Luxe appartement in gated community van slechts 11 andere eigenschappen. Het appartement beschikt over twee slaapkamers en een singe slaapkamer, waar u kunt genieten van een prachtig uitzicht over het pittoreske Las Ramblas ontwikkeling. Grote slaapkamer mhas en-suite en en extra badkamer (volledige douche) .Geweldige locatie. Gelegen op de 16e Green (en 17 "T") met een ononderbroken uitzicht op Las Ramblas Golf Course. Kijkt uit over het zwembad en de prachtige Las Ramblas kunstmatig meer. Een korte rit brengt u naar de prachtige stranden van de Costa Blanca en op 10 minuten langs de snelweg vindt u een korte rit verder naar het idyllische Mar Menor met La Manga. restaurants in de buurt.

Het appartement is voorzien van satelliet TV, DVD en wi-fi.

De ruim bemeten keuken is volledig uitgerust voor degenen die willen om tegemoet te komen thuis. Met een prachtige gemeubileerde outsdie terras met uitzicht op het zwembad. Ruime keuze, bars en restaurants, variërend van Spaans naar Chinees tot Mexicaanse Argentijnse liggen op loopafstand, evenals een authentieke Belgische bakkerij verkopen van vers gebakken brood elke ochtend. Stranden van La Zenia, Campoamor en Cabo Roig liggen op slechts een klein eindje rijden.

Comfortable spacious apartment

Extremely spacious apartment with fantastic views of the golf course and lake. Clean and tidy with friendly handover both ways. Good position overlooking pool area with plenty of room to sunbathe without compromising the other apartments. Local supermarket and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Canal across the road ideal for flat walking or biking which can take you to the nearest shopping centres. Apartment has 3 good sized bedrooms with bathroom and one on suite, good sized kitchen and spacious living room. Balcony is also a good size with settee and chairs as well as table and chairs. Ideal position close to all amenities, club house not to far away for lunch with views of the driving range. Throughly recommend this accommodation looking forward to our return.

Nice but be very careful

We were in general very happy with the property as we booked it at the same time as two of my sisters and their families staying in the same block, above and below us. One of the issues we raised was that the air-conditioning was poor and when it stopped working it took 2 days for someone to come and fix it. In August in this part of Spain was not very comfortable. We were however willing to overlook this as we are reasonable people. We had liked the arrangement and venue so much that within a few days asked to book for the whole month of August the following year after my sisters booked their appartments. My sisters price increased by a reasonable 5%. However when I came to book mine, aware that there was demand as I and another person we know enquired at a similar time, the owner bumped up the price from £525 a week to £650 a week. This was then placing us way out of reach and compromised our ability to have a family holiday and I said was an unreasonable hike. For this cost per week there are similar properties closer to beach and amenities to be found if we could afford this. She then came back with an offer of £595 a week. I understand this owner is trying hard to sell this property. I paid my deposit straight away and when we left, tidied the property and the person who came to take the keys and looked the place over said all was ok. However a couple of weeks later I received an email that the owner was cancelling our stay because a list of things (which were completely untrue) had happened such as leaving the gates open, (which was both untrue and very difficult if true to prove so many weeks afterwards). I challenged these areas and even offered a reference from the building next door which of course she didn't take because she knows these things listed to be untrue. I now see upon looking at the price for next year, that it has all been in the desire to get more money for this property, even at the cost of breaking up the ability of my family to be together in this time as my sisters have paid their deposits, (which my the way per week is significantly less that what this property is asking). Therefore if you want to stay somewhere nice but overpriced for what it is which is owned by someone who is this untrustworthy because they are in financial difficulty then go ahead and I hope you enjoy your holiday with the rest of my family in August.

Reactie van de eigenaar First of all let me make one thing clear that I am not in Financial Difficulty and merely rent the apartment at the correct going rate. I have answered your points below. 1.The air conditioning was not efficient enough as you kept leaving the doors open and my keyholder pointed this out to you when she came round after you contacted her at 11pm on Saturday evening. You had merely mi-used the meter card !! 2. I welcomed you and what I thought was a total of 3 x people into my apartment (we have to submit client figures to the Community) and 4 x people turned up and all 5 beds were slept in !! which is not a problem, but out of courtesy I would have expected you to inform me. 3 Security was pointed out to you by the keyholder and you told her the key would not lock the outer gate.(this is why it was open), she showed you that it did actually work. 4. Items of crockery were broken ( a dinner plate from the Villeroy and Boch dinner service, a soup bowl from the same set is still missing! a ceramic tray broken and soup bowls and coffee mugs missing) albeit we managed to recover some items from "other" apartments. If you recall I sent you an email and also my keyholder informed you not to remove anything from the apartments as these are all privately owned. this was clearly ignored !! 5. You used the Gas BBQ and left it in such a disgusting state it had to be destroyed. 6. I allowed you and your family to stay an extra 24hrs + for a significantly reduced rate as I was aware you would not get any other accommodation in August as you had submitted incorrect dates to me 7. The booking for next year - my keyholder was told by someone in your party that although you were all booking for 4 weeks , you would all not be there for the duration but "others would "come and go"!!. THIS IS NOT HOW I EXPECT MY APARTMENT TO BE USED. It took me some time to decide to cancel your booking as I have had some fantastic renters. I do not doubt that you are reasonable people and I would have welcomed you next year. But to leave all internal doors open so all 3 apartments can used as and when all renters feel fit is unacceptable to me . Security is important to me, You did not take any responsibility at all but blamed the keyholder for not checking every cupboard for missing items, even the daughter of one of your sisters helped to recover towels . I do hope all owners read this response and be wary of renting to you in the future !!

Lovely, relaxing holiday.

We spent two very relaxing weeks in this lovely, spacious apartment. It is very light and airy and incredibly well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. Sitting on the balcony each evening was a fantastic way to relax although we became so relaxed and enjoyed sitting out there so much that we often didn't want to eat out! The pool, although shared with the other three buildings, was quiet and our three children spent most of every day In there when we weren't playing golf or tennis. There are some local shops although we found the great new shopping centre at La Zenia which is definitely worth a visit for a big shop. We tried some local restaurants and would recommend La Portalon. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby depending on your taste. We also ate at the Clubhouse at Campoamor Golf which was good too. We had a great holiday here and would certainly think about returning in the future.

Outstanding apartment

Very well equipped, clean apartment which provides an excellent place to totally relax and unwind with all of the home comforts, with the added bonus of not being overlooked but have views of las rambles golf course and lake. Also within walking distance to excellent local restaurants which is an additional bonus to enhance the totally relaxation of knowing you have endeavoured a sound holiday experience. Already looking to rebook this apartment for next year.

This is my 2nd visit this year to this apartment set in a tranquil location on the golf course. First visit in April with children and my 2nd visit in June with 3 friends. Both times we have had a pleasant comfortable stay and will definitely book again for next year.
