fantastic holiday

My family and I had a really great time in this property in Nerja. It was perfect for our stay. There was plenty of space in the apartment, with 2 teenagers needing space this was ideal. The view was amazing from the balcony. We spent a lot of time on the balcony in between visits to the beach, which was so close. We had breakfast and lunch on the balcony, the table and chairs perfectly located for watching the world go by and shaded with a large umbrella. In the evening after returning from dinner we sat on the balcony , comfortable outdoor furniture, playing cards and chatting looking out over the sea.

The kitchen was so well stocked with equipment which we were very pleased about as we like cooking. The washing machine was a great addition for beach towels and swimming gear etc. For my 12 year old there was plenty of beach toys, flippers, buckets/spades, bats and a ball and a football which we got great use of on the beach.

The wifi was essential for everyone!

The beds were very comfortable, showers perfect. The apartment was very clean when we arrived.

The old town of Nerja is beautiful, restaurants and atmosphere lovely.

We spent a lovely holiday in Nerja as a family, we are planning on going back next year in June again.

I highly recommend this apartment.

Marvellous Venue, Spectacular Views

Just returned from Nerja having stayed in this wonderful apartment. It could not have provided a better location nor any better views. The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped and has a large balcony that provides fantastic views of the beach and sea. What more could you ask for?

Fantastic apartment - Fantastic Location

This is the second time that my wife & I have stayed in this apartment & have just completed a 4 week stay.

Everything about the apartment is excellent. Not just a holiday apartment but more a home from home. Very clean & tidy & everything, yes, everything is catered for.

Fantastic views from the large balcony overlooking Burriana Beach & out to sea with sun all day long. What better place to drink a G&T or glass of wine.

Plenty of restaurants & just a walk from the famous Ayo's for paella. For those without transport Nerja is a fairly easy, if uphill walk away.

Would I come back again? Certainly, without a doubt.

Wonderful apartment with stunning views

My friends and I had a fantastic stay in this apartment, which was spacious, clean and perfectly situated to enjoy Burriana and is a short walk to Nerja centre. The terrace is south facing giving all day long sunshine with beautiful uninterrupted sea views. Would highly recommend this apartment and I am sure that we will return!

This is our second time at the penthouse, we looked at other apartments but they just didn't match the luxury, size, space and the fantastic position that the penthouse holds.

We couldn't give this place enough stars

One word sums it up - Excellent

We have just returned after 2 weeks in this apartment. It was our first experience of booking via Owner's Direct and will not be the last as we have already booked this apartment again for next year.

Everything was as described. It is a very large 3 double bed penthouse apartment with the best position on the best beach in Nerja. 1 bed has aircon, the other 2 are north facing with shutters and fans but were relatively cool. The air-conditioned living area is very large and the internet TV with access to the main BBC/ITV channels was good if you wanted it - we didn't except to get the EU referendum result!

We know the area well having always previously stayed in villas around the nearby beautiful town of Frigilliana rented via Thomson. Before arriving; we had concerns about evening/night noise but there was none at all except for the Festival of San Juan on one evening. However the apartment gave us the best seats in the house for the firework display.

The south facing balcony is ideal and perfect for sitting with a glass of something watching the sea and beach area or just relaxing and reading. An awning provides shade from the sun which was literally on the balcony through to approx. 5.00 p.m.

We had a hire car but most people in other apartments did not and really you do not need one. It has the benefit of the guaranteed garaged car parking space and the car was always cool and secure and, if required we could come and go as we pleased. It is a short walk in to the centre of Nerja which we did most days and indeed we did a 5 mile walk to the nearby small town of Maro virtually every day, first thing in the morning, for exercise. Walks are not on the flat, it must be said, but anyone without a car can find everything they need down at the beach including a small supermarket and a good cocktail bar that also sells Guinness, newspapers and many good places to eat and drink.

I cannot speak highly enough of this apartment and all my dealings with the owner and the local agent who manages the property and were extremely helpful. Excellent sums it up.
