This 2 bedroom apartment is located on the first floor with stairs and 2 lifts. Just a few minutes away there are restaurants and bars, bakery, laundrette, fruit juice bar and other shops. You are about 5-10 minutes walk to the famous Funchal market and beach.

Parking is available in a secure car park for an additional charge or 7 euros per day. This is payable on arrival. There is also a 40 euro cleaning charge - also payable on arrival and an out of hours fee of 30 euros for arrivals between midnight and 6 in the morning.

Super appartement avec un excellent accueil

Bel appartement, plein centre avec une supérette et boulangerie au RDC. Super accueil. Les seuls bémols : qui dit centre, dit bruits ( même avec des boules quies, ça s'entend) et les 2 petits lits qui ne sont pas top ( mais ça va). Malgré les bémols, je vous le recommande

Great location

So easy to walk/bus to everywhere. Only a 10 minute walk to market. Spacious apartment, lovely to have balconies. Only communication problem was with directions upon arrival via bus, then walk. Once arrived, great communication. Only drawback to location is the street noise, and noise from cafe below apartment.

Very good choice.

We - a retired couple - spent a lovely week here. Our flight arrived late at night but Lucillia met us at the door and explained everything. The apartment was more than comfortable for the two of us. It’s an easy walk down to the action and a bit of a climb back but Madeira is all about the hills. We really enjoyed breakfast on one of our 3 decks. There is a small but well equipped grocery store, a produce store and 2 coffee bars downstairs and a bakery right across the street. The infrequent bus #42 drops you right at the door. When we weren’t up for the walk home and the bus wasn’t coming soon - Bolt was great. All in all - this apartment was a great find and offered excellent value

Bien situé près du centre ancien de Funchal

Appartement avec terrasse et vue dégagée dans un quartier très animé, pas trop sur les hauteurs, juste une rue en pente d’une centaine de mètres. Place de parking privée au sous-sol indispensable (à prendre en supplément de la location) le stationnement est très rare et payant dans les alentours. Un peu bruyant: scooters le matin face aux snacks du rez de chaussée et tuyauteries.

An amazing stay.

Great location and super host.We arrived late at night and met by Lucillia who was always available and attentive to our needs.Very accommodating in allowing us a late checkout.We stayed 4 weeks,the accommodation was brilliant, spacious,clean and comfortable,had everything we needed,a real home from home.
