Moe van alle drukte? Kom naar een strandhuis in een gated community met een privéstrand. Het strand is mooi en op minder dan 100 meter van de achterdeur. Dit huis met 9 slaapkamers heeft 3 master suites en kan gemakkelijk 25 personen slapen. De begane grond heeft een slaapkamer met 2 queensize bedden en 2 stapelbedden (4 tweelingen), 2 andere slaapkamers met kingsize bedden en 1 andere slaapkamer met queensize bed. De tweede verdieping heeft 4 slaapkamers allen met kingsize bedden. De derde verdieping heeft een master suite met een kingsize bed. Het heeft 6 volledige badkamers en een half baden. Het buitenzwembad is 14 'X 30' met een bubbelbad en twee buitendouches. Rec kamer op het middelste niveau met een open haard, pooltafel, dartbord, tafelvoetbal, pokertafel met een natte bar en koelkast. Decks, Decks, Decks overal, met een buiten hangmat en veel stoelen om te ontspannen! We zijn ook BED BUG gratis. Alle bedden zijn beschermd en we hebben een onderhoudscontract voor bedwantsen, dus geen zorgen!

great space for a large group
This home worked great for our large family. Everyone enjoyed the separate bedrooms, decks and pool. Our main complaint was the lack of responsiveness when we had some maintenance issues. The house needs a facelift and some minor repairs. We had a water leak but had zero response until the day before checkout. Overall, the space worked great for us and the walk to the beach was easy peasy.

Awesome Stay!
First family reunion and our family loved it! Great location. The kitchen was well stocked. The game room and swimming pool was awesome. Owners were good to work with and we definitely would stay here again!!

LIKES: 1. Spacious. Weren’t on top of each other, yet could come together for dinners & hang in living room & play games. 2. Situated in nice quiet community. House not directly on beach, but only a short walk. 3. Nice to have pool/hot tub & outdoor showers. 4. Well stocked kitchen. Three refrigerators handy. 5. Living room couches comfy & we loved that each section reclined. 6. Property Manager very responsive & pleasant. DISLIKES: 1. In need of repair/updating (inside & outside). Several doorknobs fell off. Front panel fell off the oven. Some electrical outlets not working/finicky. Master jacuzzi not working. A leak in master bedroom (but we were informed of this before arrival & fixed the next day). 2. Cleaning of home average – some parts cleaned well, other parts neglected. Some bath towels still damp. Biggest concern was that we found very tiny bits of broken class throughout the main living room carpet. We re-vacuumed. The next day, my daughter got a shard of glass stuck in her foot. The Property Manager was very responsive to quickly getting the cleaning staff back to re-vacuum the whole house. 3. We followed instructions of keeping windows/doors closed, we still had difficulty controlling the A/C – some folks were cold in their rooms & others were too hot. OVERALL, had a great week & happy to be together. Would not stay here again – for the money it was not worth it due to the overall quality of the home.

Location is a must but beware
We had 20 family members stay over 2023 4th of July week. Corolla beaches are AMAZING and not crowded; 5 min walk from house to dune staircase to enter. The house was well organized for zones for families. Bottom floor had a layout that was a little off- only master was the bunk bed room. Then a closed zone that had 3 rooms, hall bath and beach laundry…remember- you have to do towel laundry before leaving! 2 of the 3 outside showers were NOT working which definitely was hard to contain the sand for entering the house. Plenty of left over beach towels and sporadic pool toys were left. Bees were everywhere on rotting deck- 4 of us got stung. We kept children off deck. House definitely needs a lot of maintaining work, but with 10 kids we felt it was a safe choice to stay if they were running around.

Good bones in the home and property but it needs attention. Front steps send wrong impression of the overall property. Small nuisances inside, like door knobs falling off, cabinets and drawers not fitting properly. Dirty air vents, mold in outside bathroom, shower curtain rod that falls down, weird electric wiring, warped laminate, outside doors that are difficult to lock, deck boards split and broken, nail pops on walkway to pool. Owners need to go live there and try out all the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. This could be a beautiful vacation spot but these details need to be fixed to make it worth the money.

My husband and I live in Northern Virginia. This is not our first rental house, we have three in the Lake Anna area. We love our lake homes and love to meet our renters each year. We take great pride in making sure our properties are beautiful and ready for our clients. It is our goal to accommodate each client as best as we can. We have been trying to buy a property in the OBX area for years. We finally found the house that we loved, although it needed a lot of work, our family and friends have worked together to bring our beautiful home to the rental market. We hope you treat our property as it is your own and love it as much as we do.

I have always wanted a beach house! I am very fortunate that I have other rental properties but my dream was to be at the beach. My husband did not quite feel the same way until we found this property. It was perfect for our large family and friends. The house is extremely well built, has so many custom features, it just needed a lot of work. We are contractors, so renovation and decorating is in our wheelhouse. We have had a lot of fun with our family and friends getting this ready for the rental market. Although we are ready for the rental season we have many more features we will be adding to the property each year. I hope you will enjoy seeing the changes as you visit us each year.

The property is equipped with a security camera covering the main access points to the house. In the front it covers the parking lot and access to the front porch. Camera is not monitored and is only accessed if there has been an incident, footage that is captured are automatically deleted after 30 days.

This house has curb appeal, it is quite impressive when you first drive up. And it just gets better as you walk throughout the interior and exterior of the house. We fell in love with this house because of the expansive decks that cover the whole back of the house and extend down one side. A beautiful view of the ocean as well as the sounds of the waves crashing were a big selling point. The most impressive area in this house is when you walk up the stairs to the third floor and see the massive beams in the 14' cathedral ceilings that open to a great room that consists of a living room, dining room and kitchen. It is quite impressive! The hardwoods floors are beautiful as well as the simplicity of the decorating, the house has a lot of character. My kids (young adults) love the game room located on the middle floor with an outstanding stereo system as well as pool table, foosball, poker table and darts. I love the screen porch, a comfortable room with a refrigerator and TV that is right off the kitchen. I also love having three ovens and the three full size refrigerators and a bar refrigerator because we typically have large groups with us and I am cooking all the time! We also have 1 charcoal grills and a large gas grill for everyone's use! For the tennis lovers, the tennis court is right in the backyard to the right. It is awesome! The beach is also a short walk away!!!!
