"Kies om gelukkig te zijn!" @ Niagara is ons tweede vakantiehuis in Barbican Heights, in een luxe wijk genaamd Millsborough. Deze buurt is de thuisbasis van internationale reggae supersterren, zakelijke moguls, voormalige premiers, geestelijken en gerenommeerde mensen van rijkdom.

Een op zichzelf staand appartement met één (1) slaapkamer gelegen op een terrein van één (1) acre dat ongeveer 1. 9 km of 8 minuten van de aangrenzende gemeenschap van Liguanea ligt. Onze gewaardeerde gasten kunnen snel toegang krijgen tot tal van voorzieningen zoals restaurants, winkelgebieden, bioscopen, toeristische attracties, ziekenhuizen, scholen, enz. Hoe dan ook, u hebt de perfecte locatie gekozen voor uw reis naar Kingston.

Bij het binnenkomen van Niagara ontdekt u een cottage-achtig gevoel dat leeft en goed en vol charme is. Als je in de woonkamer zou afdalen, is dit gebied wijd open, luchtig en vol licht, maar het meest populaire gebied lijkt de achterporch te zijn die uitkomt op een uitzicht op de tuin met veel vegetatie, waaronder mangobomen.

Het huisje beschikt over een ENORME slaapkamer met een kingsize bed, een bank in zowel de slaapkamer als de woonkamer. De ruimte is smaakvol ingericht en voorzien van een volledig gevulde linnenkast, broodrooster, magnetron en conventionele oven, koelkast, potten en je moet je meteen thuis voelen. Bovenal is het brandschoon ... ieders favoriet.

Iedereen die hier ooit is gebleven, houdt zoveel van de ruimte dat ze terug blijven komen. Het is een schilderachtige hut in de stad!

A lovely apartment in a great location

The apartment looks just like the photo. The property looked newly built, very clean and well maintained. Tastfully decorated with good amenities. It was quiet and peaceful, a truly comfortable stay. Centrally located and walking distance to Devon House! The Manager was very welcoming, explained everything really well. Security was good. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends.

A truly delightful surprise

Hidden in the middle of New Kingston, a stone's throw away from local places of interest, shopping malls and bus station my husband and I booked this lovely apartment managed by Mr Sheldon James of the Choose To Be Happy organisation. The apartment is bright with lots of natural light, tastefully decorated, clean, well maintained, spacious and comfortable. It has one bedroom, a lounge with dining area and a fully equipped and functioning kitchen. A bathroom, walk in closet and sizeable balcony with built in laundry facilities. There is 24 hours security and the staff are pleasant and helpful. The only comments we have are: additional pillows would be nice. Also in the bathroom there are signs of mould. This only stands out because the rest of the apartment is immaculate. Mr James signs correspondence "your SuperHost" this title is actually true. He answered every query we had and was on hand if we needed anything. His welcoming, pleasant and professional manner was appreciated and made our stay absolutely enjoyable. For this we thank him. We will be making another booking for 2018 and have no hesitation in recommending Mr James and the Choose To Be Happy organisation to colleagues, friends and family visiting Kingston.

A Must Stay Property!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks and it was truly amazing! Our host, Sheldon met us at the cottage, which is on a gated property, and showed us around and explained how everything worked. The place was immaculate and everything that you need is there, including salt, pepper and sugar in the cupboard for that first morning breakfast. He even provided a welcome basket with snacks and tea, which was much appreciated. We were there when the country had ad water shortage, and while we were not particularly affected, Sheldon did check on us to ensure that we were comfortable. The air conditioner in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room were a personal plus for me as well as having a full washing machine. My husband loved having the mangoes off the trees on the property for breakfast and there was nothing like eating on one of the two patios! The area is wonderful and I felt extremely safe there. There was one night when there was a power outage in the area, but we had no need to fret as Sheldon had thought about that too and had provided candles and matches. As a Professor in the hospitality field, I have no choice but to give Sheldon and Niagara an A+. We will be back and I encourage you to do the same. Stop searching, you have found the right place to be when in Kingston.

best vacation ever

Well Well I don't know where to start. Let me take this time out to stay thank you Sheldon me and my husband had a wonderful time at choose to be happy. It was everything that I wanted I really enjoy my stay at your place and now we call it our vacation suite.looking forward to stay there next year and also to go to the cove for a drink . Private Cottage in exclusive residential area

This secure, self contained one bedroom cottage is located close to the Liguanea centre with lots of food and shopping options. Very cosy living and dining area with a lovely view to the lush backyard of the property. Our host was very attentive and ensured that all was well, and we were comfortable on a daily basis; a welcome snack basket was nice treat! Very large air conditioned bedroom with all bedroom and bathroom linens and towels supplied as well as laundry and cooking facilities. We will definitely stay here again!
