Verharde wegen helemaal naar de plek voor een gemakkelijke toegang. Geweldige locatie aan de rivier naast de ingang van Martinez Lake. Dit is een 3 slaapkamer 1. 5 badkamer, woonkamer en eetkamer doublewide trailer, dat voelt en ziet eruit als een huis binnen, volledig ingericht met een keuken met magnetron. Er zijn 5 wandmeubel airconditioners dat de plaats ijskoud in de zomer en kachels te houden voor de wintermaanden. Nieuwe laminaat stijl vloeren in de woonkamer, eetkamer en slaapkamers. Er is een loungen patio met een openlucht bar, nieuwe BBQ, muziek, feestverlichting, ventilatoren en meubilair op de voorzijde van de plaats. Deze plek is perfect voor uw familie Rivier vakantie. Houd er rekening mee dat dit pand heeft niet langer een uitzicht en we hebben geen vuur ring. 30-Day Rental Minimum.

Prime Location!

I just rented this place out for Memorial Weekend for my husband's 30th birthday and it was a great stay! Walking distance is perfect to the store, restaurant and bar! (Even for this 8 month pregnant mama!!) The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because of the big trailer parked right in front of the patio, it blocks the beautiful view of the lake and sunsets while bbq, but the owners of the trailer were awesome and super nice so it wasn't that bad!! We will definitely be staying again!!

Great location

House is in great location that is quiet with great view. You have a your own private dock which is a plus. Owner is easy to work with and has quick response time. I have stayed at the house several times, with a group of 8 and with just my wife and two young kids and the house is good for all. Highly recommend the rental.

Fun River House w Dock

great view of the river from the back of the patio and and Dock. we really enjoyed the dock , it was convenient especially for the kids. We enjoyed the great fishing ! plus its so easy to just leave the boat in the water. the patio / stereo were excellent with the sunsets! We'll be staying here again.

Good, Reasonable Lodging at the River. This is the place.

My family and I have stayed here several times. Lagging on the reviews. 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths make for an easy stay with 4 adults and 2 children. Private dock makes for easy boating, put the boat in the water and take it out when you leave. Big living room with TV, eating area and full size kitchen. Big covered patio with BBQ. This is located on a cul-de-sac street at the end, so no traffic and no noise from partying. Great views down the river and the sunsets are great. The owner is quick to respond and we have always found the place clean and ready for us. I recommend staying at this place as it has all the amenities you will need and not some of the really high prices others charge.

Worst Vacation Rental! Stay Away From This One!

Thought going to Martinez Lake would be a nice getaway. The lake was nice, the rental was not. Owner does not tell you in his profile that not only does the BBQ have a propane tank which YOU must fill, but also YOU WILL NOT GET ANY HOT WATER or stove/oven usage unless you fill up THEIR 5 gallon tanks for EACH of those things too! (Just hope the general store is open when you need it!) and you are responsible for lighting their hot water tank when you get there too!

We based our decision on renting this place on previous reviews...Wish we would have noted there were no current reviews since 2012!! This place must have gone down hill since then! Ceiling in dining room falling down, which owner confirmed he knew about.

There is now a 40 foot fifth-wheel parked within 5 feet of the patio completely blocking any view and their waste hose is right up against the patio too. Construction going on directly across the street now- within 10 feet of living room & bedrooms. Don't plan to sleep in or relax on your vacation with all the noise, construction equipment, and vehicles parked in the street and blocking your driveway.

During our stay we had NO WATER PRESSURE anywhere in the trailer. Dribbled out in kitchen and bath. Problem with water heater staying lit after we finally got hot water up and running. Owner VERY difficult to work with and does not understand common courtesy to his customers. Finally sent handyman over - unannounced- on 5th night of our stay after we had already gotten ready for bed that night, to check water pressure.

Don't take a chance on this place! Many other better options available in Martinez Lake area.

We are VRBO/HomeAway owners ourselves and use this service regularly. We love the service they provide but this property should be outlawed!

Reactie van de eigenaar In response to the negative review written on March 31, 2015 by the renter. This review was made because I refused to pay the $350.00 refund demand by the renter. The renter announced to my care taker during thier stay, thier intention to write a bad review unless they were refunded a portion of the rental. In addition, the renter put in writing the illegal intensions of extorting money from me. I have the email sent me. I can also forward this email to you to see proof of the thread. Upon arrival the renter demanded services that are not provide by myself or my caretaker as outlined in the detail instructions given to the renter via email “Monday, February 16, 2015 @ 2:29 PM” (I can forward this email to you as proof of delivery). The propane and the lighting of the stove and water heater are the responsibility of the renter. The renter in this case alerted me that they could not light the water heater and stove because they did not have matches or a lighter and refused to make the five minute walk to the store, therefore I had my care taker fill the propane tank and lite both the water heater (no lighter required) and stove. As for the claim of the celling there was a previous leak, that has been repaired and the patch is no bigger than six by six inches. Unfortunately it was not repainted prior to the renter showing up but since has been painted to match the color of the celling. As far as the construction, this is out of my control and I did not even know there was construction going on. Since then I personally have been to the property and the construction was winding down and didn’t bother me. There was a LOW water pressure issue with the resort because they had to drain the water tank and make a valve repair. Again, this was out of my control and was fixed prior to renter leaving. I did offer the renter a $250.00 refund because of the resort issues but they refused! On Mar 15, 2015, at 5:27 PM, The renter wrote: We feel that the full $350 refund is very reasonable, considering all of the maintenance issues your property needed during our stay. The rudeness that you treated us with when we expected the property to be tenantable with hot running water was uncalled for during the first few days of our stay. If we are given the full amount of $350 we will not write a review on your property at all. If this is acceptable by you, please let us know how and when we can expect our refund. “The renter”

Great Location

Perfect location for a small group or family getaway. The dock was great for our boat and accessible by a set of stairs. Would definitely rent here again. Owner was polite and very responsive to any inquiries.
