Wonderful host (very accommodating) and the description/photos were just as appeared.

I was traveling alone to Spain for the first time and this place was perfectly located to get to many places by foot and also very convenient to grab a taxi to make it the places a bit further away. I found the place cozy and loved. It had a great energy and I felt very safe. I never watched tv so I wasn’t sure how all the electronics worked out. I was missing some cooking knives-cutting grapefruit and peppers with a butter type knife worked but a real knife would have been handy if you really wanted to make your own meals. But luckily, there were many fun and delicious places to eat so I didn’t worry too much. Bathroom had everything needed-loved having the tub for baths. Bedroom had great black out shutters to be able to hide from the morning sun to ensure a sleep in. I also very much appreciated opening all the terraces and stepping outside!

L'appartement est vraiment comme sur les photos, très beau, propre, dans un très joli immeuble et surtout extraordinairement bien placé!

En plein cœur de Madrid, tout est faisable à pied.

Il y a une multitude de restaurants et bistrots sympas, des boutiques de vêtements vintage ou branchés, des magasins de décoration tendance ..... et surtout pour les fans de shopping nous sommes au début de l'avenue Fuencarral avec toutes ses grandes enseignes internationales .

This flat is very comfortable and located in a busy district of Madrid, perfect for walking to attractions, restaurants and shopping. Mar is great and very helpful with everything. The only thing I would suggest is adding a kettle to the kitchen equipment :-). Everything else was perfect!

Apartment was clean, well maintained, and within walking distance to many major sites and a Metro stop (and shopping). The property management company was easy to work with and responded quickly to questions/concerns. The apartment is on a main thoroughfare so you will get a lot of noise during the day with the windows open, but we never had an issue and night once they were closed. Having such a nice place to come back to at night made our stay in Madrid all the more wonderful.
