Prachtige 2bed / 2BATH!

Dit is een 2 slaapkamer 2 badkamer appartement met een prachtig strand en uitzicht op het zwembad vanuit de woonkamer, keuken, en een balkon. Zij bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping van Toren I. Net onder het appartement is de 11.500 vierkante voet lagune zwembad met watervallen, hot tub, en een restaurant. Een grote slaapkamer met king size bed en een slaapkamer met twee full size bedden.
Functies zijn onder meer 70 "flatscreen-tv met ingebouwde dvd-spelers. Spiegelwanden in de woonkamer en keuken. Nieuwe toestellen, badkamer, meubels en tapijt. Wasmachine en droger in de unit. WiFi-toegang is beschikbaar. Condo is in een gated community met beveiliging, tal van parkeerplaatsen, liften, en een steenworp afstand van het apparaat.
Resort Kenmerken: Total 12 zwembaden, een eigen restaurants, hoek markt, ster bucks, spa, fitnesscentrum, hot tubs, golf, tennis, en nog veel meer!
Data zijn jaarrond verkrijgbaar, dus kom naar beneden! Dit appartement is rookvrij en geen huisdieren. Geregistreerde gast moet 25 jaar of ouder zijn en moet in de unit blijven tijdens de gehele huurperiode.
Als je eenmaal hebt verbleven in Edgewater zult u niet wilt ergens anders verblijven!

PATHETIC.... AVOID this Place!!

I've NEVER rented a place this run down... and with an owner that didn't care at all!! We walked in to a dishwasher 1/2 full of dirty dishes, Coffee maker still full of Grounds / filter, owners closet open, Had to search for the parking pass that was SUPPOSE to be left on the counter, (Den) Broken lamp on one end of the couch (No light bulb, no knob) other end had a bulb but lamp mount was broken, The Fake Fireplace Grumbles and is annoyingly loud! (So much for a quiet evening by the Fake Fireplace) , The Kitchen fluorescent lights work half the time / half are burned out! , The silverware drawer looks like a collection of whatever someone donated. The Eating area... The overhead ceiling fan lights were burned out leaving us with only a small lamp in the area to see by until I found 2 bulbs in the junk drawer (So now there are 2 lights!) The pool bands... 6, was told there are 10 and we'll be charged $** Ea. for missing bands. ( Not an issue when we FINALLY got in touch with one of the owners who was more concerned with her screaming baby she was watching then her mortgage paying TENANT who wasn't happy. we got that and the storage room ordeal clarified, The Leaky Toilet Valve? She didn't seem to care that her toilet water S/O Valve was leaking non stop and apparently the Linen guy knew it as well **since we called him as he was our GO TO #) Many plugs that one plug works, the other doesn't. Comcast boxes were thrown behind the dressers so my wife says... "The TV only gets ONE CHANNEL?? " Surprise!! whoever did their quick clean knocked the comcast mini boxes down behind the dressers so the average joe would think there is NO Cable TV... The master bathroom... The blow drier didn't work.. I wiggled the wall socket... the GFI on the other side was popped... I reset it and wallah!! Power!! (I guess we know the issue here huh? Electrical!!!) the guest bedroom closets... cheap cardboard garbage hanging or IF that's what you call it... in place on the closet slider door... I told my kid, Don't Touch It!!! I've rented many places that are treated by their owners like what they are, VERY EXPENSIVE INVESTMENTS this condo is so pathetically neglected it is sickening and I now understand all the bad reviews that I pawned off as grumpy complainers! these people were right!! they had legitimate complaints and the owner should take note and focus on fixing the issues and make this condo the expensive investment it is!!

Dirty room

The communication was good. The property was as expected, pool was fun for the kids and the food/bar on property was good as well. But the actual room was dirty. The floors were filthy, sand was everywhere the floors the beds the couches just everywhere, there was mold on both shower curtains, hair on the shower walls and urine all over the toilet seats, there was standing water in the kitchen sink bc the disposal didn’t work, nothing had been really cleaned in a while. I spoke to the owner about the overall cleanliness as well as the sink and she said she would send someone to look at it/fix it and they never showed. She blamed the dirty ness on a new cleaning crew. And as I went through previous reviews on the room I noticed that was a trend in rebuttal to people saying the room was dirty. With everything going on with Covid I expected to walk in a super clean room and it was just the opposite, I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the room to say the least.

A stressful Labor Day weekend getaway

This is my family’s second time staying at Edgewater Resort but our first time staying at this property. When I originally booked our stay, it was pretty last minute and yet I thought luck was on my side when I found this property and boom it was available. So we were supposed to check in on 8/29/19 at 4pm but didn’t arrive to the condo until after midnight. So we were all exhausted when we arrived. My husband and I traveled with our 4 children. So I immediately tried to get everyone settled in and the condo was dirty, sand all over the sectional sofa in the living room, trash underneath the sectional sofa, the bedsheets in the Master bedroom and the other bedroom with the two full size beds were dirty and had hair all over them. They were not changed at all prior to our arrival. The towels in both bathrooms were dirty and had stains on them. The bathrooms were not cleaned either. So I immediately sent a message to the property manager which she was very apologetic about but couldn’t do anything about it at that moment because it was super late (around 1am). She did say that she would have the housekeeper come in the morning. So we had no choice but to sleep in dirty sheets. The next morning the housekeeper is at the front door at 8:30am and we were all still sleeping so I kindly asked her if she could come back within a hour. Well, I waited for about 2-2 1/2 hours for the cleaning lady so I could point out what was dirty and if we could get clean towels. However, I got impatient and left for the beach. So she came during the time that we were at the beach. Nothing was cleaned. The only thing that she did was replace the bed sheets to the master bedroom and that was it. No clean towels, no clean sheets for the other bedroom. The WiFi did not work at all during our entire stay. There was no parking pass upon our arrival and had some issues every time we left the resort. When I messaged the property manager for the second time, she asked me to take pictures of what was dirty. Honestly, it frustrated me even more because of the inconvenience. The condo is completely outdated and definitely needs ALOT of renovating especially if you’re paying that much money. I was beyond disappointed with the condo and would not recommend anyone to stay here. The only good thing that I will say about this place is that it’s on the second floor (super convenient) and right in front of the pool. But that is about it.

Nice getaway...property good enough

Unit was fine. Had an issue with coffee pot but quickly resolved. Fee things here and there need a little TLC, but all in all l, condo was adequate. Enjoyed it and would stay again.
