Granieten aanrechtblad, volledig uitgeruste keuken, roestvrijstalen apparaten, volledige eetkamer, sectionele bank in familiekamer met grote flatscreen-tv, kabel, wifi. Alle woonkamer zijn boven. Scherm patio met uitzicht op Marina en Atlantic op woonniveau, dakterras boven om te zonnebaden, en sterren kijken, met prachtig uitzicht op de Atlantische oceaan. Great quiet comfortable one bedroom. Well looked

This place was located close to all things , restaurants, stores , bars and beaches. Very quiet and well looked after and maintained. Would come back again. Great for 2 people. Laundry on property Is a bonus.

The Beautiful Blue House!

We just returned from our week long stay on Marathon Key. This home was top notch. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We slept wonderfully every night, thanks to the memory foam mattresses. Every night we slept with the windows open. The breeze was so calming and refreshing. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the rooftop. We could see the Gulf and Atlantic from the rooftop deck and had beautiful views of the stars each night. The screened in porch was great too. The pool was fabulous and heated. All the residents here are so friendly! They were really nice to our children and fun to talk to every morning and night. We kayaked out in the ocean from the acess right by the house. Great fishing too! We could also walk to the ocean and watch the sunrise/sunsets each day. The point is for residents only which is nice. We look forward to staying here in the future! My husband and I and our kids had the best vacation ever here. We all loved it. Thank you for opening your home to our family. The location is great too. It's only an hour from Key West and two hours on the head from Miami Int'l Airport. Sombrero beach is only ten min away and is the most beautiful beach. You can easily get to all the keys in a short amount of time. I have nothing but great things to say. Communication was very good with the owner. This was our most relaxing vacation ever! God Bless!

AWESOME PLACE!!

Me, my husband, daughter, son-in law, and 3 grandsons stayed for a week. We were all very impressed! I agree with all the positive reviews that have been posted. It is peaceful and tropical. The residents at the park were very nice to us. All of us decided to go on vacation together since the kids were on spring break and we were very lucky to find this home available for our dates. We fished at the marina, swam in the heated pool. In Marathon, we went snorkeling and enjoyed Sombrero Beach. A few took a chartered fishing trip from "Robbies" in Islamorada and the restaurant cooked up the catch for dinner (grilled, blackened, fried, and thai) which was delicious! Robbies also had shops on site and you can pay to feed the tarpon at the pier. We went to the "Turtle Rescue". We drove to Key West on our last day and went to the Aquarium which had a couple of "hands on tanks" for the kids which they enjoyed, ate at the Blue Heaven, and saw the sunset celebration. On our way to Key West, we stopped in Sugarloaf Key and jumped off the "jumping bridge". We also ate at the Island Fish Company in Marathon which was very good. The first day we arrived, late that night, we went across the street to the "Wreck" and sat for 30 minutes before we were approached. Then the waitress said she could not help us at the moment and proceeded to wait on other guests that arrived after us, so we got up and left. I would definitely not recommend that restaurant if you have children. There is a Publix, Winn Dixie and Kmart a little further south down the road. We would definitely rent this home again.

Loved our vacation in Grassy Key!

We stayed here for a week in February, '15. The house is brand new, wonderfully built and fitted out. Everything's top shelf: washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee makers (both regular and keurig). You name it - they have it. Parking under the house, with ample room to put my trailer after I dropped my boat at the marina in front of the house, which is, literally, right next to the house. Spectacular vistas from the roof-top deck, and large screened in porch overlooking the marina. Great restaurants in both Grassy Key and Marathon (10 min. drive), and a short one hour drive to visit Key West. We loved it all, and can't wait for our next visit!

Awesome spot in Grassy Key!!

Great Getaway in The Florida Keys!! This is a brand new unit that we were able to enjoy February 19-22, 2015 which happen to be the coldest days of the year....not to worry the Heat Works!!! Great layout with two rooms with king beds and one room with a set of bunk beds with a queen on the bottom. Fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, large flat screen TV and a washer and drier. The unit overlooks the marina, has a large screened porch and an absolutely awesome third floor rooftop deck with killer views of the Atlantic Ocean and crazy cool star watching on clear nights!! There is a boat ramp at the marina and a private dock which was great. This home is located at mm59 at Lions Lair, all the way in the back on the water. There is also a swimming pool on site, bags of ice available for purchase and a great restaurant "The Wreck" directly across the street. We highly recommend this rental. We will definetly be returning this summer!!!
