The refrigerator went out 3 days after I arrived and no attempt was made to fix or replace it although I was told that both were going to happen. Therefore 10 out of 13 days we were left with the only option to eat out. Along with that expense, we also had to purchase a cooler and ice to keep our refreshments cold. Several attempts were made to contact the owner to resolve this, but all were unsuccessful. Messages were sent to attemp for compensation for our extra expenses but our final email from the owner reflected that they completely ignored our request as there was absolutely no mention of the inconvenience at all, only a request to return the key.
