During my first visit in 2004, I fell in love with this city and the kindness of Morrocan people, but also the beauty of the architecture, the skill of local craftmen. With my family we decided to buy this traditonal family house in which we feel good. After the buzz of the city, we appreciate even more the calm and serenity inside. I deliberately chose this house a short distance from the main square as I wanted a genuine Morrocan neighbourhood. It is very close to the Saadian Tombs therefore not isolated and within walking distance to all the major sites in the medina.During the winter months, the first thing I do every morning is to climb to the upper roof terrace. There I admire the snow capped Atlas mountains under a bright blue sky. In the summer it is again on the terrace that I spend some time, watching the starry nights.
