Ruime moderne blokhut - korte ritjes naar de Loonberg en Waterville-vallei.

Deze ruime blokhut heeft vier slaapkamers, een apart studio-appartement en een slaapbank. Slaap twaalf mensen in totaal. Het biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de rivier de Mill Brook. Grote kelder beneden die uitkomt in de buitenruimte en zithoek. Je kunt de rivier horen stromen als je buiten zit.

Het huis als een garage die twee auto's, een bubbelbad en een houtkachel past, evenals een gloednieuwe gastronomische keuken, bijkeuken en gloednieuwe badkamers. Lakens en handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Alle meubels zijn gloednieuw. Wasmachine en droger beschikbaar.

Er is een modderkamer als je binnenkomt om je ski-uitrusting op te slaan, en een ingang om al je ski-uitrusting aan te trekken voor je dag op de berg. Er is een tv die buiten kan worden gebruikt en bekeken terwijl in de hot tub.

Motorcycle trip

This property was an excellent place for our group whom was touring the White Mountains on street bikes. Wonderful kitchen area that accommodated our love for cooking and we really enjoyed the screened in porch area. Stunning Master bed / bath and great rooms for the rest of our group. The layout offers a nice selection for various taste. Communication with the property owners was prompt and issues were addressed immediately. Would recommend to others.

Beautiful place

Highly recommend this place. The location was perfect for skiing at Waterville Valley. All of the amenities were fantastic. We hope to be back.

Great Place to Stay

The house was beautiful and very clean! The space the house provided was perfect for our group. There were a few little issues but Michelle was super responsive and things were dealt with very promptly! I would highly recommend this property!

Summer hiking trip with family

Location was great to get to many hiking options in Franconia. Turns out it was one of the hottest times in August. The house does not have central air conditioning and the great room with all windows did not have any shades thus the sun shone through all day keeping the main part of the house very warm. There should be floor tower fans for the bedrooms during the summer. I believe the listing says air conditioning, the owner pointed out it was only separate wall unit for master bedroom and studio. Said to keep blinds closed, but most of the windows do not have blinds. The owner responded quickly through texting as there were a couple issues. Owner was able to replace one window screen while we were there and fix one leaking shower stall. The studio apt had missing screens as well. I told property manager so he could replace for the next renters. Our family enjoyed our time together and the size of the house worked for us. The grill worked well, and the deck had a great view.

Not ready for summer!

Michelle, We arrived last Saturday and were all in disbelief about the setup and layout of the house. It is very impressive. That being said, saying that we were disappointed with our stay is an understatement. We were counting on the six bedrooms being “usable” during our stay. We had 3 infants with us as well as a 3,4 and 7 year old. We were led to believe that the house had “central air conditioning”. Unfortunately the air conditioning was 3 mini split units in the master and two bedrooms above the garage and central air in the basement. The entire second floor was well above 80 degrees for the length of our stay and no one could sleep up there. By the end of the week, even the main floor temperature was overwhelming and we all had to go to the basement. That may be fine in the winter, but during a heat wave in the summer, those conditions are not ok. If we had been aware of those conditions ahead of time we certainly would not have rented the house. Also, we found out that the upstairs bathroom was leaking down into the kitchen when there was water on the kitchen floor AND we found out it was being fixed when a “handyman” showed up at the front door on Monday and announced that he was there to fix the bathroom. At the time, the husbands were out of the house and there were 4 ladies with 6 kids there when he arrived. Just a heads up would have been nice. What if we had not been home when he showed up, would he have gone into they house with all of our stuff there? The only dresser in the studio apartment above the garage was falling apart. One drawer didn’t even have a bottom and two of them didn’t slide correctly. I was very concerned about my kiddos fingers getting hurt. Almost none of the electrical outlets up there had face plates on them and that was disappointing as well as a safety issue for our young children. When we tried to get in touch with the owner, it took an extended period of time to get a response if at we got a response at all. While I certainly understand that people have jobs and lives, more timely communication would be appreciated.
