Great location. Easy access to metro. Clean and neat apartment. Safe neighborhood. Well equipped. Christian is very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Would stay there again.
This was an ideal apartment for our 6 week stay in Vienna. The location was an easy daily walk to the underground, grocery store and numerous restaurants and cafe's. It is a short ride on the underground to Old Town Vienna. The apartment was clean and spacious. We had all of the kitchen appliances and utensils to live comfortably for 6 weeks. Christian is very responsive and helped us with any issues, including an economic option to travel from the airport. My wife and I plan to return to Vienna this year and hope to stay in one of Christian's properties.
We came into the apartment and were so pleased. We were met by Christian, the owner of the apt. He gave us complete instructions about the underground, the Shell Station which had a mini grocery and as a 1/2 block away. Unlike mini marts in the US, the groceries there were the same price as it's larger owner, Spar.
We were 2 mins. From an underground station.
We used the washer and dryer right away. I rented the apt. because I love to cook. I had four eyes on the stove, a range hood with a light, a nice size fridge and a wonderful convection oven.
The apt. was furnished in modern design and had honking wifi. We watched Netflix every night. We wached the news on Euro News. All German but English tags. Read the newspaper on my iPad.
Bed was very comfortable.
Instructions provided by me for places I found very useful: Go out the outside door turn left and you will intersect Hadikgasse, turn right.
Walk to the second red light. If you turn right (there is a sign to the Penny Markt, a moderate size grocery ). Just before you get there, there is a store that reminds you of a Walgreens. Shampoo, cosmetics, etc. No drugs, not even OTC's. Only sold at drugstores.
When we stepped out of the Penny Markt, an Austrian woman approached us and told us where the drugstore was. Generally they open at 8 and close at noon on Satuday, closed on Sunday. We took a left out of the Penny Markt, went straight over the pedestrian walkway across the street and at the second red light, you intersect ( Hietzinger Haupstr. ). The street you walk on to get to Hietzinger is called Sankt Viet. On the right about halfway down is a great little produce market with produce from all over Europe. Right on Hietzginer, there is the big Spar super market. Left at the intersection on the corner is a cafe, a Billa ( Trader Joe like ), the apothecary, a stationary store, etc. My point is that the apt is very well placed in the city.
We used the underground to get anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend the landlord, the apt.and the placement of this VRBO.

We just stayed in this comfortable apartment for 7 weeks, and we are so glad we chose this place! Christian was wonderful, and very easy to work with, and we couldn't have been happier with the apartment. A lovely place, with great light, and everything we needed, as far as appliances and a well-equipped ktchen. We enjoyed our stay very much, and it was nice to be near the Schoenbrunn Castle. Since I am a runner I asked Christian about where I could run, and there is a path along the Vienna River that runs right in front of the apartment. While not a large river, the trail was great, and I enjoyed running there, as well as in the Schoenbrunn grounds. Since our reason for being in Vienna was close by, we could walk everywhere we needed to go. Many nice restaurants and shops are just a half a mile away, and the grocery store is just around the corner. The gas station right around the corner has a market that is always open, and a very nice selection of food, including fresh produce. And as Christian assured us, the prices are the same as the regular market. The pictures represent the aprtment well, and it just felt good to be staying there - much like a second home. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to stay there, and would happily do so again if our plans take us back to Vienna.

Die Angaben im Internet sind sehr genau. Die Wohnung ist topp, alles da wie es beschrieben ist.Der Kontakt im Vorfeld, die finaz. Abwicklung war professionell und der Empfang sehr freundlich. Die Verkehrslage ist klasse. Unser Auto stand 7 Tage vor dem Haus, unsere Ausflüge haben wir mit der U - Bahn (4 Minuten Takt, in 2 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen) gemacht. Ist bequemer und billiger.
Das war eine schöne Woche.
