Gelegen in een 1929's aangewezen OKC Landmark eigenschap; Grote elegante flat. Loop naar restaurants, bars, theater, outdoor entertainment en sportevenementen. Kunst, cultuur en parken op een steenworp afstand. Full size keuken, ramen baden morgen licht in alle ruimten, in een geweldige stedelijke wijk. Memory foam bedden en banken omzetten naar xl tweelingen. Ideaal voor avonturiers, solo zakenreizigers, vriendelijke bijeenkomsten, gezinnen en harige vrienden (huisdieren).
Slaapt comfortabel zes met 2 slaapkamers (een koning en 1 koningin), 2 west elm slaapbanken, Twee vintage geïnspireerde badkamers met veel opslag. Andere voorzieningen zijn een ensuite full size wasmachine / droger, extra kast en bergruimte, lift toegang, gated en overdekte parkeerplaats. Er is een beveiligde overdekte parkeerplaats aanwezig. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor extra voertuigen.

Sweet Sunny Space in OKC
This sunshine-filled apartment in Midtown OKC was the perfect space for us! The location can’t be beat as it’s within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, museums, and boutiques. If you’d rather drive, then everywhere you want to be will only take you a few minutes in the car! The area is safe and the people you might meet are so kind and welcoming! The apartment has everything you need including comfy beds, lots of towels, wifi, and even shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and soap. We would definitely stay again!

Everything you need!!!
Just bring clothes and food! Everything was so well provided otherwise! Bringing food is optional due to all the eateries in close proximity. The trolley is about a block away which we took to Bricktown and Paycom Center. Never had to get our car out of the secure parking the entire weekend! The apartment is so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave. And the tenants I met are so nice and welcoming! Would absolutely love to stay here again!

This was a Great place to stay!!! Easy access to any place we wanted to go. We did have a few nights that the outside patio was really loud after quiet, and the only other problem was the elevator stopped working the day before we left. My mom is 82 so the elevator was necessary for her!

Stay during horse show
My daughter and I stayed here during the AQHA World show. Very comfortable place to come home to after a long day. Nice, secure parking. Easy access to local resturants.

I am an interior designer and work with an urban re development group . We have re purposed, re imagined several historic properties as well as new infill construction in OKC's downtown area. We have contributed to rebuilding the inner core of Oklahoma City and it is emerging as a thriving and energetic environment.

We are open & friendly people, who in turn expect to host friendly and honest people. We love our rescue cats and dogs like the family they are to us. We consider ourselves good company, good humor, open-minded, collaborative and hopefully useful when giving directions to the city so that you feel comfortable and safe in Oklahoma City.

Waarom de eigenaar deze accommodatie gekozen heeft

We bought this building at a sheriff's auction in 1997. It had been vacant and abandoned for over 25 years. the homeless , cats and raccoons had set up residence.
The whole district around had been blighted and without any care or redlined from investment. It took 11 years to find a willing entity to finance the renovation. But it happened and it helped kick start everything around it that makes you want to be here.

Very central to everything in Downtown and very close to all the traffic corridors in around OKC. 2018 will be start of street car access one block away.
It is a gorgeous building with wonderful finishes you can't afford to put in new construction today. The italian mosaic floor is an original feature from 1929.
