We offer 3 beautifully-furnished bedrooms (sleeping 12) with a comfortable leather queen pullout sofa in the living room as the 8th bed. There is also a two car garage and free street parking. Best of all is our beautiful and spacious top floor with a view of the courtyard, a fully-equipped kitchen and an adjacent balcony and office nestled in the treetops! Enough room for everyone to hang out together! We also provide excellent Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in the living room, bunk room and master bed (streaming only).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and the attached two-car garage.

Please be aware: for the comfort of our neighbors, we utilize a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances. The device is privacy compliant (it doesn't record what you're saying, we can only see if the volume level is too loud).

The Charming Treehouse offers the best of both worlds with its close proximity to Lower Broadway (only 3 miles!) and its excellent location right in the heart of East Nashville, Music City's hippest, friendliest neighborhood!

Only two blocks away, you'll find Highland Yards, a brand new mixed-use commercial space that already features Flora + Fauna Cafe (great for breakfast!), Southern Grist Brewing, Shed Fitness Group, and the Holiday Salon & Bathhouse. Also close-by are All People Coffee, Folk (one of the best high-end restaurants in town), Red-Headed Stranger, and the excellent Tower Market and Deli.

Just two miles down Gallatin Pike you'll find Five Points, the beating heart of East Nashville, where you can drink, dine, and see live music at local favorites like Five Points Pizza, Margot, Duke's, and The Five Spot. On your way there you can stop by some of Nashville's best bars, which cover the whole range from divey (The Cobra, Dino's) to upscale (Pearl Diver, Overlord). And don't forget to shop at some of our favorite record, music, and vintage stores in town, including Fanny's House of Music, Grimey's Records, Black Shag Vintage, and the East Nashville Antique Mall! There's plenty to do for families, too, including the brand-new Eastside Bowl, Bongo Java & Board Game Parlor, and beautiful Shelby Park.

We would, of course, be remiss to leave out Lower Broadway, the party capital of Tennessee and, we'd reckon, the reason many of you are coming to town! The Charming Treehouse is only 3 miles from downtown, making it an easy Uber or Lyft to Bridgestone Arena, the Ryman Auditorium, Ascend Amphitheater, Nissan Stadium, First Horizon Park, Printer's Alley, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Frist Art Museum, and, of course, the hundreds of bars and Honky Tonks on and around Broadway! We're also an easy drive to The Grand Ole Opry/Opry Mills outlet mall, Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities, The Parthenon, and historic downtown Franklin, among many others.
