The gorgeous panoramic view to Herceg Novi and Bay is best seen from the terrace (6 m2) that connects the two rooms and stretches across the whole front facade. The glass doors leading to the terrace provide an unobstructed sea & mountain view from either of two rooms. The largest room's space is shared between the kitchen, a dining area. The kitchen has its own small balcony.
The apartment has a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin. It is decorated with Marine theme and tiled in blue and white colors. There is also an additional toilet.
In front of the separate entrance of the apartment, there is a spacious terrace (20 m2) that faces the garden, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs and is perfect for a morning breakfast or an afternoon meal. This terrace is only for the guests of the Apartment. An outdoor tap is in a corner of the the terrace with beautiful landscaping. Stairs from the terrace lead down to the shoreline, a sunbathing area & beach beds and shower. Private parking is for 3 cars.

If you are looking for a small, peaceful, and family-friendly location with great surroundings, you should come to NJIVICE, Montenegro, situated at the entrance of the Boka Kotorska bay, the most beautiful gulf of the Mediterranean and the southernmost fjord in the world. We suggest you to bring the equipment for those activities. Specially for children! We shall organize for you some attraction in area! Boat excursions to Blue Cave, Miriste, Zanjice, Rose and island Mamula or fishing, if you like it, and preparing fresh fish from the Bay at a grill. We advise you to take your digital camera with accessories for underwater shooting! It is a great privilege even to enjoy in watching! Having holiday in beach front apartment 'I Love Njivice' is perfect for families with children and couples who wish to stay just on the beach and amenities, enjoying the nature and relaxing holiday. The sea is warm, clear and safe. The children love feeding the fish and catching small crabs around our jetty and beach. Air-conditioning and electric oil filled radiators can be used for off-season heating. Your hosts/owner is fluent in English and Serbian.
Airport Transfers: : Airport transfers can be arranged from either Dubrovnik (Croatia) or Tivat Airport (Montenegro).
If you want to call taxi or rent a car, scouter or bicycle, it can be arranged upon request. Property has a private parking. A mini bus service from Njivice to/from Igalo and Herceg Novi runs regularly and four water taxis at two hour intervals through the day. .
Banks, cash points (ATM), food markets, boutique clothing stores, etc., are all available in Igalo and Herceg Novi (3 -8 Km). There are many restaurants all along the coast, most overlooking the sea and serving a fine range of sea-foods as well as international and traditional menus. There is a free delivery services from fine restaurant in Igalo and take-away from grill/pizza cafe in Njivice.

The apartment is ideal for family holidays, for both adults and children. In edition, it is conveniantly located just under an hour drive away from both Dubrovnik and Tivat international airports.
September, hot late summer sun, crystal blue skies, warm sea with the surface so immovable you could hear the sun rays reflect off of it - I knew where I was going and was looking forward to it. The place and the landlady had been recommended to me, and I'd done my homework, read a bit about the region, its history, places to go. So, yes, I knew where I was going but where I arrived was so much more than what I'd expected!
Everything that the property listing said was there - a beautiful slender villa sitting at the very shore, right above the jetty and a stretch of beach shaded by tamarisk trees; the apartment was refreshingly cool when I walked in, spacious, spotless, blue and white - a bit of marine environment in its own right. All I wanted to do was get into my togs, run a flight of stairs down to the beach, lounge into one of the chairs, and soak it all in. And that was exactly what I did - thoroughly enjoying the surroundings for the whole duration of my stay.
The beauty of the place stays with me. I can recall the relief of the Orjen mountain sharply drawing a line into the skies, the line that resembles a face of a sleeping man; the chirp of cicadas fading away as I dose off with the lulling sound of the wavelets; the firelight of the setting sun on the surrounding hills which dramatically rise straight from the sea; and the fullness of the moon that in turn rises from those hills.
But the real gem of my stay in Villa I Love Njivice was none of that - it was its owners. They were the ones that made me feel like I had a right to enjoy all that splendour of their home. Because of them I was not the odd one out, the one who stepped into their own piece of paradise, there for a few days, a stranger. Mrs Gordana, the landlady, with her smile and readiness to help, is the driving force nobody can resist! How could anybody say a No to a cup of coffee that would miraculously appear by their lounge chair, and all that they could see through their drowsy lids was Mrs Gordana whispering "Hope you'll enjoy it".
Premium quality for the reasons money can't buy! Wholeheartedly recommended. I will definitely visit again.
I love Njivice!
We had a wonderful stay of only three days. We enjoyed the calmness of the place and the hospitality of the family. The small apartment was well equipped, and there is a mini market nearby. An extra plus for the fig-tree and its smell.
We returned this summer after 3 years. The apartment now has a lovely, spacious new shower room, which was a real improvement. Otherwise, it was as blissful as it was 3 years ago, but on this occasion we also took the chance to visit many new scenic places, including the drive up the infamous Ladder of Ancorra outside Kotor to Lovcen with its 29 hair-pin bends (not for the faint-hearted driver!), returning via Cetinje. The Prevlaka Peninsula just round the bay past the local and largely traffic-free border post just up the road is now fully accessible by car, with its eerie, deserted and atmospheric Hapsburg fort at the tip. Tito's villa in nearby Igalo (visible from the apartment balcony), now open for guided tours, was an unexpected and fascinating but easy evening excursion, well worth it for its historic interest. We also spent a night in Durmitor, returning via the Tara Gorge Bridge and Canyon - taking us round almost the whole perimeter of Montenegro and the best of its stunning scenery in the space of two days! Njivice, apart from being a relaxing, quiet and scenic village itself for those just wishing to flop out, was a great base for touring Montenegro and around Dubrovnik (taking the boat there from nearby Cavtat, to save the hassle of parking the car in Dubrovnik). Gordana was as helpful and welcoming as ever, and we took the boat trip again to the Blue Cavern, with an excellent lunch at Miristi Bay.
This time we flew via Split, staying in Mostar on the way down, but returning directly via the new fast motorway.
The view from the apartment balcony at sunrise and sunset over the bay are still as unforgettable as ever, and now feature as wallpaper on every tablet we have. Wi-fi, air-con and apartment facilities remain excellent. It was a packed fortnight, but shows what can be done if you are keen to explore this lovely country. We will be back.
We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable apartment. The owner, Gordana, took great care of us and also offered us homemade food and help to book a boatride among other help. The apartment was very clean and with an amazing view. It has a small kitchen suitable for basic cooking. Sunbathing on the private little "beach" was very relaxing. Swimming there is ok, but the seabed is not very nice. We visited the small family restaurant in the village, with was quite ok. For more restaurants it is god to have a car and go to Herceg Novi.
My friend and I stayed here for a week in September 2014 and absolutely loved it. Everything was perfect; the apartment is ideal (clean, comfortable, kitchen well equipped, excellent air conditioning) and in a great location, right on the beach. You literally just have to walk downstairs to have access to a private beach, which is decorated by shells of various crustaceans and furnished with lounge chair. We also really appreciated the free and unlimited Wi-Fi Internet.
The owner of the apartment, Gordana, and her charming husband were very kind and helpful to us. When we wanted to traverse the water, they helped us arrange an excursion by boat to Miriste beach and the "Blue Cave," which was fantastic! The apartment is situated near many local landmarks, so we were always preoccupied and entertained.
We would highly recommend the apartment, and we hope to return for another relaxing stay.
Villa "I love Njivice" is one of the best places of rest one can imagine. The appartment is equipped with all necessary staff (including toilet, shower, fridge, and kitchinette). The villa has a little beach, where you can swim just after you get up and just before you go to bed. The view from the villa is really majestic: the Bay of Kotor, mountains, clear sky. The host, Gordana, will arrange for you an airport transfer and various excursions (including the famous Blue cave) and give practical advises regarding your stay and rest.
