Our fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher and you can step straight onto our pool side terrace to eat alfresco. There is also a washing machine. A new additional American size Fridge has been added to ensure enough cooling is available when the property is full.
The living room has French doors opening onto a terrace and looks over our own private gated swimming pool (10 metres by 5 metres) which is open during the summer months .English and local TV and DVD player, MP3 docking facility for your iPod or similar, and lots of comfy seating.
A separate TV room is now available with direct access onto the Patio and out onto the pool. This has a sofa bed for additional living area.
Our dining room which is open plan onto the living area can easily seat 10 people. There is also a downstairs WC.
On the first floor you will find two double en-suite bedrooms, a double bedroom, a further two twin bedrooms, a separate bathroom and a separate WC.
The master bedroom also has a veranda with seating overlooking the garden and pool area, which is lovely for the evenings.

In our village:: A two minute walk into the village of Sernhac will bring you to a patisserie, small supermarket a bar and a couple of local restaurants and a take away pizzeria.

A 5 minute drive will bring you into Remoulins where you will find larger supermarkets and just about all the other commerce you will need. 30 minutes will bring you into Uzes and their fabulous Saturday market (absolutely not to be missed...) and unbeatable window shopping.

Lieu idéal pour une semaine chill

Le lieu était vraiment adapté pour le nombre de personnes, autant de chambres, de toilettes, de lieu commun grand, piscine grande et jardin idéal pour des jeux d'extérieurs.

Comfortable house for a family holiday

Charming family holiday house in a nice little village; a few refreshes and small repairs, inside as well as around the pool and garden, would make the stay even more comfortable. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time.

Good location, plenty of room

Great overall holiday villa, some areas looking a bit tired around the pool but not really a big problem . Good equipment levels and 2 fridges which was a real help . I would definitely book again . All bedrooms had enough storage and space for a comfortable week in the sun

Amazing Villa - Photos don’t do this property justice

This property was simply stunning. The photographs simply didn’t do it justice. Finding the villa was a bit of an issue, as Google & Apple maps weren’t much help at all once in Sernhac itself. However, once we did arrive the check in process was very simple and the cleanliness and property layout was amazing. The property is equipped with absolute everything that you can imagine. There was plenty of room for our family consisting of 3 adults & 5 kids. The TV & free view channels were used mostly during at night and when we had 2 days of rain. The kitchen is fully equipped with all plates, glasses, and utensils. BBQ got a lot of use and the pool was well maintained and used daily. A car/transport is a necessary as there is nothing to see and do in Sernhac but the next town, Remoulins (only 5 minutes away), has several supermarkets (including a Lidl) and numerous petrol stations, pharmacy’s and local cafés/restaurants. Nearby there are lovely sites to see and plenty of information provided in the pack located inside the villa. Overall, this villa was outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing break away. The host was amazing and always responded immediately via email to any queries we had, although no contact was required during our stay. Overall a lovely experience and beautiful villa

Maison très bien équipée, excellent séjour

Rarement vu une maisson aussi bien équipée: - linge de lit fourni - serviettes de bain fournies (2 par personnes: pour la piscine, et pour la douche) - tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants en bas-âge (baby phone, lit, petit pot, baignoire, barrières de sécurité en haut et en bas de l'escalier, vaisselle, ...). - une quantité de verres, assiettes et couverts en suffisance pour ne pas devoir nettoyer la vaisselle à chaque repas - 2 frigos - beaucoup d'espace dans la maison permettant de vivre à 10 sans se marcher dessus. Bref, maison au top où on se sent à l'aise. Le propriétaire semble aussi prendre en compte les avis laissés sur le site. Par exemple, dans un commentaire précédent, la lenteur de la connexion internet avait été pointée du doigt. Ce problème a été corrigé suite au passage à la fibre. Du coup, vraiment plus de soucis de ce côté là (speedtest effectué, et débit de 100Mbps descendant et montant!) (et le wifi porte bien dans la maison et même jusqu'au bord de la piscine) Pour les chaines télé en français, une seconde antenne satellite a été installée. Mais lors de mon séjour, l'abonnement avait expiré (mais de toute façon, on n'a pas regardé la télé :) ). Il est à noter qu'une Google ChromeCast est disponible pour ceux qui souhaitent regarder Netflix & co. Si je devais soumettre des améliorations: - Séjour passé durant une semaine entièrement ensoleillée et très chaude, on a manqué d'un large espace ombragé autour de la piscine. - Il est dommage de ne pas avoir autant de relax autour de la piscine qu'il est possible d'avoir d'occupant dans la maison. Lors du séjour, il y avait 3 relax en plastique et 2 autres en toiles (mais qui se font vieux et pas du tout confortable) - La maison ne possède pas de système de climatisation. Ce n'était donc pas évident la nuit avec les grosses chaleurs. Mais encore une fois, la maison est super équipée: il y avait des ventilateurs disponibles dans toutes les chambres ainsi que dans le salon permettant d'avoir au moins un courant d'air. Je recommande !
