My family enjoyed a lovely stay at this property over Easter. Eric and his family went beyond any expectations to ensure we - and all his guests - were comfortable and happy. The property is beautiful with a garden and small beach area perfect for lounging and for children. The apartments are equally appealing with comfortable beds and everything needed. What sets the resort apart from others is the warm, welcoming familial atmosphere that Eric creates with the ideal balance of privacy and a sense of community. The small town in which the resort is located is equally charming and friendly with a few restaurants of good quality, coffee shop/bat and grocery store. Highly recommended.
WOW.. what I can I say except Lake Como is heaven! The property owner Eric was extremely helpful and was very Knowledgably, the villa's were cute and well equipped, we were able to enjoy a nice Italian dinner outside the property, the mornings were wonderful overlooking the lake on our balcony enjoying fresh coffee made in the Villa, the Property was very quaint and private. My only suggestion would be that if you arrive during 12:00- 5:00 there is really no place to eat or buy food, markets are closed. we highly suggest eating in the town of Como before you head up to the Villa, also the bus system is wonderful there, I would suggest using the buses if you are looking to move around. We highly recommend this Villa!
We stayed at Lake Como Beach Resort & Villas for 1 week in August with our 2 daughters (9&11) and had a truly fantastic stay. We chose the property due to it's location on the edge of the lake and the fact that it had a jetty which means you can swim directly into the lake. We soon realised that this was indeed it's USP and even the likes of George Clooney and Roman Abramovitch don't have such facilities ! The appartments are adequately furnished (small shower room, very good sized bedrooms, reasonable kitchenette/lounge) but the real beauty of this place is the outside space. The views and the shared garden and the beach area/jetty are fantastic. Other guests were polite and we enjoyed sharing travel stories and local finds but this is all tied together due to the wonderful hosting of Eric and his charming daughter Jiselle. Eric gave us the local low down and recommended everywhere we needed to go - and indeed we did ! Even he was shocked at how many restaurants we managed to fit in ! Must do's are Bella Vista, Il Pomodorino (Como) & Salice Blu (Belaggio), which you will need a car to get to, but we also loved Le Meridiana, which was a (hairy) 5 minute walk away. Vincenzo's local (super)market sold the most delicious bread, pastries, homemade pesto, gnocchi, fruit/veg & pretty much anything you wanted to buy ! He was so sweet and often gave the girls little free treats in the morning. We visited Como & Bellagio and hired a boat on the lake for 3 hours. We also enjoyed many relaxing hours on the beach area and swimming in the lake. We were all genuinely blown away by this location and thoroughly enjoyed every minute with our fabulous hosts who made us feel truly like old friends. Thank you so much. We stayed in Villa Serenita which was lovely, clean and spacious with plenty of room for four people. The resort area of the gardens and beach were very pleasant, combined with the stunning views it was perfect for a relaxing holiday. Eric is a great host, friendly, courteous and knowledgable about the area and willing to go out of his way to accommodate his guests. The public transport and ferry are great ways to get about the Lake with good services. We had a really fabulous time and would love to go back , my only reservation is that it is quite a steep site which may not suit some people, however I would suggest speaking to Eric who I am sure would be more than willing to help.

Stayed for a week at Lake Como Beach resort and would highly recommend it. Stunning location. Loved having the lake just there at our door step. Did not need to use our hired car all week. Used the lake ferries and bus. Local shop and good restaurant within walking distance with lots of steep steps involved to walk up from car park. Not a problem for us but might be if you have mobility issues. We were impressed by the hospitality of Eric the owner and his daughter. Would love to visit again.
