Charmant Victoriaans appartement met 2 slaapkamers, volledig gerenoveerd, dicht bij hippe restaurants en winkels op Fillmore, Marina en de Divisadero-gang. Slechts 3 blokken naar UCSF en Kaiser, op loopafstand van Golden Gate Park en Bridge. Oude SF-charme in combinatie met moderne voorzieningen, vernieuwde keuken en badkamer. Het heeft ook een zeldzaam gebruik van een charmante afgesloten binnenplaats. Toegang tot onsite wasmachine / droger. Rustig en toch zijn alle winkels, restaurants en het leven dat SF te bieden heeft binnen een paar blokken.

Great location, classic SF flat, dog friendly

Sonia was a great host, the place is centrally located making for short Uber rides along with great access to restaurants, groceries, and bars just a short walk away. Additionally, parking was super easy and lightly enforced.

Property owner very nice & helpful

My parents stayed here for almost 3 months while visiting San Francisco . The property is relatively basic & little old fashioned (typical of San Francisco) but very conveniently located & comfortable (according to my dad the bed was also very comfortable!). Sonia the property owner was very responsive & helpful when things needed replacement or weren’t working. Overall my parents had a great stay!

Great Place for a Long-Term Stay!

A couple friends and I stayed in Sonia’s apartment for 8 weeks during the summer while we were all working in the Financial District. It was a good size for us and in a great location! Super close to Fillmore street (about 15 min walk) which has a ton of places to eat and shop. Also located right next to a bus stop that was easy to take to work every day, and a few other bus stops to take you other places in the city. There’s a Target and Trader Joe’s within walking distance which made getting groceries and other necessities very easy. Also super close to Presidio (beautiful area) which made for lovely walks! I could go on and on, but the location made us fall in love with the city. Sonia is also SO helpful and made sure that we had a great stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay, would recommend.

Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this apartment. The location is good and there are shops within 10min walk. The apartment had all we needed as a home from home. We had no problems at all, and so did not need any contact with Sonia. If visiting in August I would say take a few jumpers or hoodies to wear in the evenings. Otherwise they is penalty to do in this beautiful city. Enjoy.

Gute Unterkunft für San Francisco Erkundung

Für vier Personen ist die Wohnung gut ausgelegt, gute Küchenausstattung und günstig an das ÖVNP gelegen, Einkaufmöglichkeiten ebenfalls nahe gelegen. Insgesamt ein gutes Domizil um San Franciso zu erkunden. Abwicklung und Infos genau passend. Angaben im Internet sind zutreffend. Würden wir wiederwählen.

I have been advertising on VRBO for 10 years and have had wonderful experience receiving guests from all over the world. My other VRBO rental, 319405, has had great reviews and many have enjoyed their stay there. I now have this property, which I think is in a great location and is wonderfully charming. I hope many guests visit San Francisco at this wonderful location and enjoy the many San Francisco culture that are within walking distance. I really enjoy providing my guests with a great place to stay while they get a taste of my favorite city in the world!

This property is part of a 5 unit Victorian building. It is very charming and the location is great for people touring San Francisco or needing place to stay while working or being treated at UCSF or Kaiser. The bathroom and kitchen have been remodeled to accomodate the discerning travelers. Despite its proximity to all the great restaurants on Fillmore and Presidio Heights, this location is very quiet with ample parking on the street, a unique situation for San Francisco.

This building is 3 blocks to UCSF and Kaiser, and therefore, would be more than convenient for students and professionals needing residence while working at the hospital. For those professionals, it is also beneficial in that it is close to all the life amenities that San Francisco has to offer including the shops and restaurants on Fillmore street, Japan town, Golden Gate Park and Golden Gate Bridge. It is also a charming Victorian, traditional style of San Francisco without the difficulty of living in one. The location cannot be beat but at the same time, it is very quiet and residential.
