Perfect apartment in a perfect location

The Orange Attic is centrally located for a visit to Pollensa, just three minutes’ walk from the Plaça Major. It’s easily accessed by car, with on-street parking normally available within a few minutes’ walk. It’s on the second floor of a modern building that is well serviced by a lift.

Inside, the apartment is immaculate, full of daylight and tastefully furnished. On the main floor there is an attractive open plan kitchen/dining/living area plus two bedrooms and a bathroom. Marble steps lead up to a roof terrace which has great views over the town. The terrace has a table and chairs, and a retractable awning for hotter days. There’s also a small rack for drying clothes.

The apartment also has its own separate utility room on the ground floor, with a washing machine, a dryer, and a sink. We found this surprisingly useful, though it’s now set our expectations for rentals elsewhere!

Naturally the air conditioning, WiFi and other services are excellent. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a small dishwasher. But the apartment’s owner has gone further: we found that everything we thought we might need was already supplied.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay there and we hope to return before too long.

Very clean comfortable apartment centrally located

The apartment is very centrally located within easy reach of shops, restaurants etc. We stayed for a month so it was good to find the bed and sitting areas were very comfortable. Most of the description of the property is accurate but we were a bit disappointed there was no CD player as we could have brought our own. We like cooking but found the equipment fairly basic. However, most people do not stay as long as us and probably eat out more and for that type of holiday it was fine. We were very impressed with the standard of cleanliness and the apartment was cleaned weekly to a high standard. We loved the roof terrace and although fairly early in the year the weather was fantastic and we used this a lot. Rafel the owner, was an extremely good host and always responded to any requests / problems. Unfortunately we had a wallet stolen at a nearby market and Rafel accompanied us to the police station and acted as a translator. We were very grateful for his time which he gave willingly. I think this is a great plus point about this property. To have the owner living locally is very reassuring. We certainly would recommend this property. No property is going to be perfect for everyone but this was as near as we have got. Thank you Rafel for your consideration at all times.

clean with good facilities and quiet. good central location

included underground parking which kept car cool. separate laundry room to wash/dry clothes/swimwear/towels

balcony had good views of town

met owner at start and he kindly proveded info on location and property (hope your twins letting you sleep!)

big fridge/freezer and dishwasher

central location so easy to walk to the excellent (apart from 1!) restaurants where we ate a ozen times or so

The only thing we did not particulary like was the smell that sometimes came out of a nearby extraction flue, but these seem fairly common in pollensa and would not stop as either returning to this property or from recommending to others

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. It is very clean and comfortable with the real bonus of the terrace. We were able to wander around the centre, enjoy our meals and drift back to the apartment which was five minutes away. However the real bonus is Rafel. He is truly brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and he us always helpful.

Excellent apartment and location

The apartment is well appointed and furnished. Directions to the apartment are slightly confusing as the block has no number. Utilities are modern and the apartment very clean. Very close to the centre of Pollensa but fat enough be quiet. Near to the 340 bus stops from Palma

Eine tolle Wohnung ( Ausstattung, Reinlichkeit,Lage in Altstadt)

Freundlicher und sehr netter Eigentümer. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, insbesondere die Lage und der tolle Blick über die Dächer

in die Berge hat überzeugt. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf, wie Einkäufe, Restaurantbesuche, sind in wenigen Minuten

Zu erledigen, selbst jetzt in der Nebensaison.
