I will start with the bad first. The cleanliness AWFUL, CARPET dirty, there was/ IS a purple syrup hanging from the roof on the dinning room and the same in the Masters curtains. The porch never was clean before we arrived. The entrance hall sorry disgusting. A dog comes down overnight and will peed at each side of our main entrance, DAILY NEVER WAS CLEAN.
The kitchen utensils NEVER TO BE FOUND. ONE OF THE 4 DINER PLATES BROKEN. No towels for the kitchen, no pot holders available. We even has to go out and buy cleaning chemicals and mops to clean the unit.
APART FROM THE CLEANLINESS... THE FACILITIES ARE GREAT!!! THERE SHOULD BE AN ADVICE THAT THE BAR is not open all week. is just few days.

Fantastic location, staff lacking basic hospitality
When I booked, I chose a suite with one queen and two twins. Upon arrival I was greeted, given my keys and told the housekeepers were touching up. I went to the suite and the place was untouched, filthy, with dirty linens and food. I went to the front desk and they indicated they could move me. Great! I asked about the same bedding accommodations and was told this new suite would meet my needs. I received my keys and went to the suite only to find, two beds only. Let’s try this again. Back to the front desk they said “well you booked a two room suite”. Yes.... I am aware. One with one bed and the other with two. I was told the original suite I was placed in had the beds I needed (didn’t check upon first arrival as the state of the suite turned me off) and that they would have it cleaned. Waited 35 mins went back, cleaned, but 2 beds not three. No point in even trying at this point. How do you not know the bedding? You have a Property Management System to check people in!
Suite was nice but needed some touch up paint, rug was dirty and sticky in some spots and basics were left out (ie. Trash bags, pot holders)
I would recommend if you wanted the luxury of having an affordable suite with full cooking, laundry, pool and being 30 mins away by Lyft to the Magic Kingdom.
If you are not looking for the home away from home feel and want true hotel accommodations , for $10 more a night stay at one of the Disney discounted properties, at least they will treat you like a guest and not an inconvenience.

The staff made us feel like we were a bother. The staff should be trained to treat everyone with respect.
We reserved for a family of 6. There were only 4 towels in the room. There wasn’t any linens for the sofa bed. When I requested more linens, they told me that I need to request them early and not at 10:30pm. We had just driven 17 hours and went straight to the office to request them.
The carpet in our room was so stained and dirty. I can’t believe that the carpet is acceptable. VRBO should have some sort of minimum requirements for certain things in the house/condo. I’ve rented plenty of times through VRBO and we’ve NEVER had such a bad experience.
