Een geweldige plek om te ontspannen

Onze St Lucia vakantiewoningen met twee slaapkamers zijn op een locatie verwijderd van verstoringen. Het is een ideaal toevluchtsoord als u op zoek bent naar een rustige vakantie in uw drukke leven. het pand is gelegen op 1/2 hectare van een prachtige tuin met bloemen en tropische fruitbomen in het Zuid-Oosten dorp Micoud.

Gravills Vacation Rental is een self-catering accommodatie die alle moderne voorzieningen bevat; het zal u zeker het gevoel geven dat u uw huis op vakantie hebt genomen. Het appartement is modern, volledig ingericht, ruim en zeer goed onderhouden. Het is ook beschikbaar voor lange termijn verhuur en geschikt voor de zakelijke reiziger.

De ruimte:
De vakantiewoning is geschikt voor maximaal drie personen, maar is niet geschikt voor kinderen jonger dan 12 jaar. Het gebouw is verdeeld in twee afzonderlijke appartementen. We wonen op de begane grond terwijl u het gehele bovenste niveau bezet. Uw appartement bevat het volgende:

Slaapkamer 1 -Maatregelen - 13ft x 13ft. Overdekte ingebouwde spiegelkasten, kabel-tv, AC-eenheid en plafondventilator. Ook reserve lakens, kussenslopen geleverd.
Slaapkamer 2 - meten - 11ft x 10ft. In de vloer ingebouwde inbouwkasten, kabel-tv, airconditioning en plafondventilator, schuifdeur naar achterbalkon. Ook reserve lakens, kussenslopen geleverd.
Achterbalkon - Uitzicht op de prachtige tuin en meten - 28. 5ft x 13ft. Er is tuinmeubilair zoals stoelen, ligstoelen en een salontafel. Het achterbalkon is ook onze gasten favoriete ruimte voor hun maaltijden.
Douche en toilet - meten - 9ft x 6ft. Wij bieden badhanddoeken. We bieden ook douchegel en toiletpapier om u op weg te helpen.
Keuken / Diner - Meten - 20ft x 13ft inclusief eettafel voor maximaal zes. De keuken is goed uitgerust met alle gadgets (inclusief popcorn en pizza maker) om uw verblijf zeer comfortabel te maken. Alle keukengerei is aanwezig inclusief magnetron, LPG fornuis / oven en oven, volledige lengte koelkast met vriezer boven. Er is voldoende opbergruimte, goed gevuld met keukengerei dat bestaat uit potten en pannen, een broodrooster, een koffiezetapparaat, ovenschotels, snijplanken, borden, glaswerk, bestek, keukenfolie en plasticfolie, theedoeken en afwasmiddel, handdoekrolhouder; we beginnen je met een rolletje. Om u te laten beginnen, wordt ook een voorraad specerijen, koffie, theezakjes, chocolademelk en wat flessenwater geleverd.
Woonkamer - meten - 17ft x 11ft inclusief 48 inch Samsung Smart TV en andere entertainende apparatuur
Kantoorruimte - Meten - 12ft x 4. 5ft inclusief ingebouwde bureaustoel en bureaustoel.
Voorbalkon - Meting - 22ft x 5. 5ft uitgerust met een tafel en vier stoelen.

Ook inbegrepen in uw ruimte is gratis en veilig parkeren. - Gratis draadloos internet.
De wasruimte op de begane grond die op zichzelf staat (gescheiden van ons appartement) meet 12. 3 x 10 ft wordt met ons gedeeld en is. We geven u echter volledige toegang wanneer u ervoor kiest uw was te doen. Het appartement is altijd vlekkeloos schoon en goed georganiseerd gehouden.

Als u besluit om geen voertuig te huren, kunnen wij bij uw aankomst een ophaalservice van de internationale luchthaven Hewanorra verzorgen. Onze lading is zeer redelijk; onder het normale taxitarief. Een rondleiding door Saint Lucia is een van de belangrijkste functie op de bezoekers 'to do list'. We kunnen deze service tegen een sterk gereduceerd tarief aanbieden, de keuze is volledig aan u. Wat uw behoeften zijn, aarzel dan niet om te vragen. We zullen 24/7 beschikbaar zijn. We doen er alles aan om het comfort van al onze gasten te garanderen, daarom zullen we uw privacy respecteren.

Andere dingen om op te merken:
Samen met de natuurlijke verlichting, is er een constante stroom koele tropische bries door het vakantieappartement. In aanvulling op de A / C's, zijn er plafondventilatoren in elke kamer, afgezien van het toilet / douche.

We vragen onze gasten discreet gebruik te maken van de AC. Op welke tijd u ook 's morgens wakker bent, we raden u aan om alle deuren en ramen te openen om de vrije stroom koele bries door het appartement te laten stromen; het is veilig om dit te doen. Je kunt ook alle ramen en deuren open laten wanneer je uit gaat, zolang we op het terrein zijn. We zullen het appartement beveiligen als we besluiten om later uit te gaan. Houd er rekening mee dat de elektriciteitsvoorziening in Saint Lucia 220-240V is, maar we kunnen 110V accommoderen. U kunt echter uw stroomomvormer meenemen als u dat wenst.

Het toegevoegde gemak van horren die we op elke deur en raam tijdens de vakantiehuur hebben aangebracht, zorgt ervoor dat u in alle comfort kunt slapen en ontspannen.

Vervoer rond:
Onze vakantiewoning is gelegen in een gemeenschap die wordt gekenmerkt door een mix van stads- en plattelandsleven op korte afstand van het regenwoud. Minder dan 2 minuten lopen of rijden van de grote weg, komt u in het gebied dat vrij is van verstoring. Het huren van een voertuig voor uw verblijf wordt aanbevolen.

Wij doen ons best om u te vergemakkelijken door het verstrekken van zoveel mogelijk informatie die u nodig heeft; dat is inclusief huurauto. Door dit te doen, besparen we u tijd, en in veel gevallen ook geld.

De meeste van onze gasten huren een voertuig tijdens hun vakantie. Na uw eigen voertuig betekent dat je totale controle van uw tijd, beheert u uw vakantie naar uw planning online en vooral bent u in staat om onze prachtige eiland te verkennen met volle teugen.

U hebt een rijbewijs van St Lucia nodig om op onze wegen te rijden. Rijden is aan de LINKERKANT van onze wegen. De vergunning is geldig voor de duur van uw verblijf. Als u een internationaal rijbewijs (IDL) of internationale chauffeurs vergunning (IDP) houden dan zal de vergunning van de St Lucia bestuurder niet nodig zijn. Voor onze gasten de VS, kunt u uw IDP van de Amerikaanse Auto mobiele Association verkrijgen. (AAA) Neem contact op met uw lokale AAA kantoor voor meer informatie voordat u op reis. Zorg ervoor dat u uw nationaal rijbewijs met u.

"LUXURY APARTMENT!"

10 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!! This was such a revelation to us upon entering our vacation rental that we were just overwhelmed! The living room is huge as is the kitchen which has a myriad of appliances. It was always cool with the windows and doors open (with screens on all of them) and you have the choice of a fan or A/C in the bedrooms. We were able to get up, have coffee on the patio, eat breakfast, and then go when WE wanted to go. Margaret offers taxi service all over the island beginning with picking you up from the airport, seeing all of the sights (even setting you up with an experienced guide for the Pitons, bird watching, water fall, etc.), and dropping you off at the smooth water sand beach or where the ocean waves come rolling in (she left us with Marcus, who is a great guy, has lounge chairs, and drinks). I would very much like to stress to use Margaret as the taxi drivers just want to get you there as fast as they can. Margaret tell you all about the island, take you to the beach, and will return at the appointed time. Margaret is happy to take you to the bank to get Caribbean Dollars (if you don't get them at the airport) as it is much easier to pay as the US dollar is worth about 2.70 times the CD. Grocery shopping is a breeze and if you just want to stop to get a local meal, which are delicious, she can help you with that. We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation over the "resort" style vacation as we were treated to a "VERY EXPERIENCED!" host. Margaret and Stephen are wonderful, kind, and courteous people who attend to your every need INCLUDING current Covid requirements and when you need them. As a final thought- we simply want to go to the Caribbean during the winter and have found a "Home Away from Home!" It takes all of the worry out of planning for a vacation as Stephen and Margaret are in touch with you keeping up with your arrival and agenda. NOTE- we stayed for 5 days, went to Martinique to sail on Eye of the Wind, and came back which was such a relief to be "Back Home!" Some people were not so lucky as they stayed for 3 days, went somewhere else, and were so disappointed that they called to come back. It is ABSOLUTELY that nice! Please enjoy our home away from home. :)

Home away from Home

We really like to vacation in a home and this was perfect. It was an outstanding home close to the south of the island fairly near the airport and very close to the new Horse Racing track! Margret picked us up from the airport and she and Stephen got us settled in and later Margret dropped us of at Sandy beach for dinner that night. She is available for driving around for a fee but we rented a car to explore. Getting to the north side takes about an hour to hour and a half on very windy up and down roads but it was worth it. We did a sailing trip with First 4 sail on Papagayo, a 40 foot racing yacht most excellent. And of course hiked up to signal peak and Fort Rodney. then Margret got us a tour with her guide Jahrod for the Gros Piton hike and his own Sapphire falls and jungle spa sulfur hot water. Had a great time and the home was well stocked with every imaginable appliance even an electric pizza oven (set off the fire alarm with that:) And yes the AC was great at night in the bedrooms for a great sleep. Cable TV with smart TV for you tube if you need that. Also left side British style driving.

Perfect Place to Stay

Stephen and Margaret were the most amazing hosts imaginable. My mom and I stayed for a week, and they were absolutely wonderful to us. We decided we were too uncomfortable driving around alone on the crazy roads in St. Lucia, so Margaret chauffeured us all over the island for a very low price and was more than accommodating. They planned out all of our excursions based on our interests, and Margaret kindly made us a delicious dinner after a long day of exploring when we were too tired to go buy food. She cooks a delicious breakfast as well, and the homemade cherry juice is beyond delicious. The house itself is immaculate - we cannot get over all the beautiful details in the tile and the great care that has been placed into this house. The floor was so clean you could eat off of it, and we did not see a single bug the entire week, which is impressive since they are abundant on the island. The yard is so beautiful with fruit trees and colorful flowers - truly a tropical paradise with a beautiful balcony overlooking it. The air conditioning in the bedrooms had the rooms super cold in a matter of minutes from turning it on, and it runs very quietly, although many people didn’t even use it thanks to the lovely breezes. We would never even consider staying anywhere else next time we return to St. Lucia. Margaret and Stephen provided us with a completely stress-free and absolutely perfect trip. We truly cannot think of a single complaint. On a side note, be sure to check out the St. Lucia Animal Protection Society on the north part of the island while you’re here if you are a dog lover! The street dog situation here is quite sad, and these amazing volunteers feed them and spay/neuter them since there are too many dogs on the island and not enough homes for them. We decided to adopt a street dog that I fell in love with on the trip and ship her back to us, and SLAPS has been wonderful about helping us figure out the logistics. Margaret decided to adopt 2 adorable puppies while chauffeuring us to the shelter!

Beautiful, well maintained, secluded.

Steven was an excellent host. Definitely recommend renting a car to get around, the road is a bit loose in spots but manageable just watch the drains on the side of the road. It's about a 20 min drive to Sandy Beach, which is the closest beach there is food and drink there & 1 hour drive to Sugar Beach. The airport is also an easy 20 min drive. The apartment itself was clean and welcoming. There was wifi, a full kitchen and living area, as well as TV, the night breeze and the fans helped keep us cool despite no AC. Would totally go back!

Ultimate St. Lucian Experience

Margaret and Stephen are exceptional hosts. Words cannot explain their graciousness, above and beyond ANYTHING we could've EVER imagined. The beautiful home is quite near UVF airport with many restaurants and beautiful Sandy beach. Breakfast was excellent and creative with exotic tropical fruits right from their very own backyard. Staying at the BNB felt as if you are with family that you love. The Granvill's are very customer focused so you will enjoy your time here. The home is immaculately clean. Lots of breeze flowing through the home and the balconies are very large. You will not be disappointed booking this accommodation. Staying here gives you great access to Sandy beach with 2 restaurants on the beach (The Reef and Island Breeze) with excellent prices. Whatever your needs, simply ask Margaret or Stephen. Your wish is their command. Thank you both so very much for a memorable birthday vacation.

I returned to St Lucia and set up business in retail while maintaining interest in the local property market. I take care of the day-to-day management of our property rentals.

While I maintain a keen interest in business, I make the most of every occasion that arises for me to socialize. I enjoy relaxing at my favorite beach restaurant & bar with a nice cool cocktail while engaging in conversation. Occasionally I go dancing, mainly at weekends.

I love my home, it is my castle, and I go the extra mile to ensure that all my guests feel comfortable as though it is their castle too. My idea of a great sense of achievement is, knowing that my guests and people in my company are happy.

I was born and raised in the village of Micoud (pronounced Me-coo), one of ten districts located on the southeastern coast of the lovely Island of St Lucia.

Micoud was one of the main farming villages, and we supplied a high percentage of agricultural products to the rest of the Island.

I enjoy the quiet “Away from the crowds" environment of Beauchamp. Beauchamp is a sub-village in the Micoud district, and it is no more than a ten-minute drive away from our D’Cartier Rain Forest. The much open space and beautiful greenery surroundings typify the truly unspoiled environment of our island. I feel very fortunate to have a comfortable place in St Lucia to call home. Surrounded by nature and having the privilege of producing my organic foods is such an advantage. Conducting our business in the commercial, the hustle and bustle districts of the Northern part of St Lucia, then moving away to my sanctuary is truly a privilege. Furthermore, everything, from entertainment to business, is easily accessible from where we are located, so why reside amidst the crowds?
