QUINTESSENTIEEL ENGELS HUIS MET PRIVÉSTRAND

Typisch Engels huisje op prive Bay Beach. Prachtig aangelegde w / buitendouche. Twee dekken. 2e verdieping dek (300 sqft.) Uit beide slaapkamers bieden een spectaculair uitzicht op de baai. Prive en rustig. 15 minuten naar het dorp Southampton of Westhampton en de wereldberoemde Hampton Beaches. De wijnhuizen en boerderijtribunes in de North Fork liggen ook op slechts 15 minuten afstand, wat zorgt voor een zeldzame LOCATIE. De locatie biedt het beste van twee werelden. Tour door de wijngaarden en lunchen bij een lokale boerderijstand en ga vervolgens naar Southampton Cooper's Ocean Beach uitgeroepen tot het # 1 strand in Amerika of zwem gewoon in je eentje
privébaaistrand recht voor de deur en ga vervolgens op een dag uit eten voor wat lokale vers gevangen zeevruchten. Het zwemmen in het huisje is uitstekend voor jongeren vanwege de zachte baai. We hebben ook een 3-persoons zeekajak met zwemvesten. Huurders en hun gasten gebruiken de kajak op eigen risico. U kunt de prachtige baaien en de estuaria verkennen. De natuur is prachtig, vooral de vogels. Er zijn veel boerderijstands in het gebied met verse groenten en bloemen en heerlijke gebakken producten en kinderactiviteiten. Veel golfbanen in de buurt en als u van winkelen houdt, bent u dicht bij de Tanger Outlet Malls, een groot winkelparadijs. Er zijn veel lokale restaurants met vers gevangen vis die uitstekend is. Wordt geleverd met conciërgeservice.

Amazing!

We had a fantastic weekend at Nancy’s cottage in Flanders! The cottage is extremely comfortable - a nice sitting room, an open and well-lit kitchen, eating area, a spacious deck, and an incredible backyard (the best part). The bedrooms are comfortable as well. The backyard is set with a lovely deck We had a truly amazing time at this home! When we arrived we were greeted by Rick( the caretaker)with a helpful welcome binder and a truly beautiful house. It was clean, spacious and exactly what was advertised. It was well worth the money. It was close to town (only 15 minutes away from everything) and had so many additional amennaties (smart tv with access to most steaming sights, fire pit, hammock, comfortable beds and so much more). So much better than a hotel. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you Nancy and Rick

Lovely break

This little cottage is delightful. Beach a short walk away. Garden lovely. My best was sitting on porch or the deck and overlooking the garden or bay. Air conditioning was a life saver too. Will definitely be back.

Flanders beach cottage

The cottage and garden are very special: it felt like the English or French countryside. Plentiful flowers and old trees with character. The cottage is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. There are pleasant porches on both floors. The Bay beach is just a few steps from the cottage. There is a kayak. Southampton is a twenty-minute drive away.

Lovely Cottage

We enjoyed the unique character of this enchanted cottage by Flanders Bay. The privacy, lovely deck, views and adjacent beach made the week fly by. We all enjoyed the experience and the puppies loved the water.

Offering a one of a kind location. I am an avid reader, love good food and enjoy travel. My favorite places to visit are Italy and France.

We have vacationed in this area for many years. We bought the cottage because of its lovely English charm, beautiful foliage, bay beach front, very private and peaceful with wonderful wildlife, especially birds. The LOCATION offers the best of both worlds. Just 15 minutes from the Village of Southampton or Westhampton and the world famous Hampton Beaches and just 15 minutes to the wineries and farm stands of the North Fork. A rare LOCATION!! Sitting on the upper deck is truly mesmerising overlooking the Bay and Beach with all the fauna and wildlife especially the birds and being able to look over the Great Peconic Bay and see Robins Island and watch all the sailboats go by. The large umbrella with the steamer lounge chairs, food and drinks and books makes it a hard place to leave.
Falling asleep to the sounds of the bay is so enchanting especially when the bay breezes are blowing. We love going to buy fresh vegetables and flowers at the farm stands, yummy baked goods and delicious pies at the family-owned bake stands, enjoying the Village of Southhampton and touring the wineries in the North Fork, spending days at the beach exploring the bays and estuaries with our 3 person ocean kayak. Renters and their guests will use the kayak at their own risk. We also enjoy the fresh-caught seafood at the local restaurants. We know you will love it as much as we do! If you like Boysenberry you have to try the Boysenberry Pie at Briermere Farm. Yum!!!!

Explore the bays and estuaries with our 3 person ocean kayak. Renters and their guests will use the kayak at their own risk. Enjoy all the farm stands with fresh vegetables, flowers and delicious baked goods and activites for the kids .Spectacular sunrises and sunsets, romantic walks, water sports, swimming, picnics. Spectacular setting from the upper deck. Looking out over the The Great Peconic Bay all the way to Robbins Island. Watching all the wildlife especially the birds and sailboats go by. With the grand umbrella and lounge steamer chairs with some books and food & drinks by your side makes it a very hard place to leave.
