Niet luxueus, maar schoon en comfortabel in een goede buurt.

Dit is een duplex-eenheid met 2 bedden, 2 badkamers, een garage voor 2 auto en RV parkeren. Het is gelegen in een goede omgeving van Bullhead City, dicht bij de rivier. U vindt er een wasmachine en droger, en basis-kabel, airconditioning en een volledige keuken. Dit huis is pas geschilderd met nieuwe vloerbedekking en nieuwe armaturen. Uitzicht op de bergen vanuit uw woonkamer en keuken. Dit huis is perfect voor diegenen die reizen met speelgoed of een camper, op zoek naar een thuisbasis terwijl ze verkennen de AZ woestijn. Dit huis beschikt niet over een zwembad of een mooie tuin.

Geen huisdieren aub.

Clean, Convenient & Comfortable

This property was just as advertised. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. The location was convenient with easy access to all services. We were in town for the Laughlin Motorcycle Rally so the RV parking and garage were perfect for our motorcycles, truck and trailer. The townhome was clean, adequately supplied with needed items and the comforts of home. Even though it's a townhome (adjoining wall), it seemed very private. We stayed 2 nights and never heard or saw the adjacent neighbor(s). The property owner is friendly, prompt, easy to contact and work with. I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in Bullhead City, AZ.

Great experience, new to house renting. We are boaters so it was much better then staying in costly hotels (prices have gone crazy) and dealing with the parking and elevators. Still close to hotels to meet up with friends. Will definitely do it again for next season.

Greedy Owner!!!

I resided in property 3881148 this past weekend, August 9-August 12. Upon returned home, I was informed by the landlord that I would not be receiving any of my security deposit back. He listed multiple contract infractions that we did not commit.

He stated that we had more than four occupants spending the night and, therefore, violated the contract. However, I explained to him my 2 cousins live in Laughlin and visited us throughout the weekend before returning home late at night. The contract I signed does not state a fee or curfew for guests. I offered to pay the $10 fee per night to placate the landlord but he refused. He stated his manager invaded the property as we slept and has pictures of 12+ pairs of shoes in the garage. I informed him that we we each own more than one pair of shoes and have the freedom to bring them on the trip.

He stated that we kept the manager up till 3AM, but not once did we ever receive a complaint from this manager or anyone else in the neighborhood. I did apologize if we disturbed the manager, but how could we be aware if there was no one to inform us.

He stated that there was smells of vomit and beer in the house. I can attest to the fact that no one in the house was inebriated enough to vomit. We did drink beer in the house, but the price of air freshener should not forfeit my entire

There are no physical damages to the house that warrant the loss of my deposit. And there was also no breach of contract on my part. Because of this, I expected my full security deposit back.Upon my rebuttal of his claims he sent me to contact HomeAway. HomeAway advised me to contact him again to give me my security deposit back but he refused. HomeAway told me to contact my bank to have them chargeback the amount. I am now in talks with my bank for them to initiate the chargeback.

Despite no physical issues with the house the landlord still insists on keeping my security deposit which just proves him to be EXTREMELY GREEDY BEWARE!

Reactie van de eigenaar I am sorry this rental experience turned out this way for the both of us. I use HomeAway as both a renter and an owner. Up until this renter, it has been a good experience for me. On my end, I need to protect my home and my neighbors. This home is in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors that we love. I have the rental agreement written in a way that helps me screen out poor renters who do not respect my property or my neighbors. As is stated in the rental agreement, the home is intended for quiet enjoyment, and the neighbors must also be allowed to have quiet enjoyment of their property. Also, city code does not allow for more than 6 people to stay in the home. It is written in large bold lettering that you will lose your security deposit if there are more than 6 people staying in the home. The neighbor called me on Sunday morning to tell me that he had been kept up very late both nights that the renter was there, one night well past 3 am. He reported that that he had counted at least 12 people going in and out of the home. On one of the late nights the garage was left open all night. He went over on that evening to check on the open garage. He saw the 13+ pairs of shoes by the back door and took a photo. He chose not to knock on the door as he was scared of the confrontation that might occur because of the yelling and drinking that he could hear through the shared wall. The neighbor next door happens to be the person who cleans the home. When he went into the home after the renters left he said it smelled of beer and another odor, possibly vomit. The home could not be rented for several more days until the odor had been eliminated. I love my home and my neighbors. I am saddened that neither were respected. The security deposit is extremely low compared to other rentals in the area. This is the first time I have initiated retention of a security deposit. As you can see from other reviews on the property, I am a very fair and easy owner to work with. In fact, this renter was offered an early check in and late check out via text. This renter said she had a wonderful weekend and liked the home and only threatened to write a bad review if she didn't get her security deposit back. Unfortunately, too many items on the rental agreement had been violated. HomeAway has heard from the renter and from me, and considers this case closed.

Great location

We stayed here during the month of March. The weather was wonderful, warm and breezy. We enjoyed our morning walks thru the neighborhood. The sunsets were awesome. We visited some of the tourist spots but mainly were riding our motorcycle. They are some great roads for riding in the mountains. We especially enjoyed the ride from Oatman to Kingman---beautiful scenery. Laughlin is just across the river so we went there to try our luck--but we were not lucky at all! The shopping isn't that great. Kohls and Ross for less is about it for department stores. We accidentally locked ourselves out and Jamie had someone there in less than an hour to get us back in. Her response to any issues were immediately resolved. Our only suggestion for enhancing the stay would be to have a real sofa instead of futon in living room. We would return again.

Stayed here while visiting the Laughlin/Bullhead City area. Actually less expensive than hotels in Laughlin! Also, full kitchen, washer, dryer, etc. Not on the river, but boat and beach access is available at the city/county run park not too far away. plenty of space in side yard for RV, boat, etc. The garage was another feature not found at many of the hotels in the area. Would stay here again.
