Bryan was simply wonderful. Great communication, very helpful and kind. He even offered to look after our luggage for the day on check out so we could explore Singapore more and not worry about storing our bags - massively over and above the call of duty.
The apartment is stunning, very modern, lovely bathrooms with rain showers, 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms, very modern kitchen, air con throughout. Lots of details like shampoo, soaps, hair dryers, irons, etc. The views of the dock and marina and city are amazing from the 28th floor. Our kids just watched the coming and going of massive ships with amazement and the apartment is totally quiet. It was built in 2014 and is air conditioned throughout with a welcome guard on the front desk.
What we weren't expecting was the resort pool area on the 5th floor - along with steam rooms, massive rain showers, gym, private (and free) jacuzzi suites for you to use, masses of sofas and deck chairs and even hammocks over the water. The pool was massive with 2 extra pools with massage jets etc. All free and open from 6.30am to 10pm. You lie in the pool and look up to the sky scrapers and the blue sky - wow! Location is perfect - 5 mins from the MRT train (we used it every day - clean, safe and cheap), 10 mins from the wonderful Maxwell Centre food court, 5 mins from shopping and food courts, close to Sentosa Island (short cab ride) and in touch with everything by walking or the MRT.
We will DEFINITELY be back - but for 2 weeks next time not 3 days - this is the best test of accommodation - would you come back straight away for a lot longer - ABSOLUTELY. Occasionally you find accommodation which is much better than the website promotes - which is a lovely surprise. Thanks Bryan.
Best location for family with kids.
I travelled with 2 and 4 years old kids. The apt was very clean and convenient. Only 2-3 minutes walk to grocery, and so close to many attractions like Santosa, Vito city. It was always easy to get a cab. During our stay, there was a construction building right next but this apt was good enough to block the sounds. Bryan was very helpful.
Only con is the restaurant around this neighborhood is pricey.
Above all, my kids loveeeeee this place. Really recommend this place
My wife and I, along with another couple, stayed in this apartment for four nights beginning on 15 November 2015. Bryan Ong was extremely easy to work with from my first contact nearly a year ago through the completion of our recent visit. He answered each question in a timely manner and provided information that made our stay completely enjoyable. The apartment is exactly as portrayed in the posted photographs. The views over the harbor are fabulous and the location is excellent. It is close to restaurants and shops which made our stay easy. Being new, the building is very attractive and completely secure. When we had problems operating the washer/dryer, Bryan was available to respond to our questions quickly and we soon were able to operate the equipment without incident. I heartily recommend this unit in the Seaview Marina and Bryan Ong as the owner/host. I would be most happy to return to Singapore and once again stay in Bryan’s apartment.
An amazing apartment. Great location - one MRT stop from Marina Bay/Raffles Place. 7-Eleven down stairs, McDonalds 2 minutes walk, Chemist on the corner, M-Hotel right next door to use as pick up for Tours, close to grocery shop, malls, coffee outlets (Starbucks, Dimbulah); MRT 2 minutes walk;
Bryan was a great host, very helpful, not at all intrusive.
The apartment was beautiful. The views from all the rooms were breathtaking and we loved watching the ships coming in and out......... a real highlight!
We had 2 teenage boys and we never felt like there wasn't enough room for all of us.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Far better than 2 cramped hotel rooms!
We stayed here as a family of 5 - my wife and baby and my 2 grown-up kids. The stay was as good as you could get. Our hosts were there to meet us when we arrived and available at the end of a phone as needed during our stay but unobtrusive and their beautiful apartment was ours for the duration. It was in a great location with a nice view of the largest natural container port in the world. OK - so not a view of the beach but nevertheless much better than looking out on a street or another apartment block and actually quite interesting to watch. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and well equipped, clean and well-lit, spacious and very comfortable. 2 good sized bedrooms, plus a sofa-bed in the spacious living room, 2 bathrooms, each with toilet and rainforest shower, a well-equipped kitchen with an efficient washer-dryer, microwave, oven and hob and a huge fridge-freezer. TV channels seemed plentiful but we were out most of the time. Internet connection was great, albeit slightly expensive. Plenty of amenities nearby and an abundance of lovely restaurants and great bars within easy reach, not to mention the tourist attractions all within a short walk or inexpensive taxi ride. The apartment block itself was also very clean and pleasant with a large swimming pool on the 5th floor with barbecue and eating/drinking area, comfortable pool-side seating, a couple of bubbling spa pools and steam rooms, as well as a well-equipped fitness centre, all included in the price. We also never had any trouble getting a taxi within a few moments of leaving the apartment and found the taxi fares very reasonable. Our landlords seemed very nice, helpful people, like everyone we met on our first visit to Singapore and frankly we can't wait to return. We would highly recommend Singapore, our landlord, Bryan and his wife, and this apartment which is far more pleasant and better value than staying in any 5 star hotel room.
This place was by far one of the highlights of our recent trip that ended 12/14./14. Bryan was overwhelmingly nice and helpful during our entire stay. The location was perfect, literally minutes away from everything. The pool is almost as great as Marina Bay. The condo was extremely clean, well spaces and had killer views from all rooms. Should my vacation travel include Singapore in the future, I will definitely look at this place!!!
