Interieur opnieuw ingericht in 2019 met nieuw tapijt, frisse verf, nieuwe meubels, keukenrenovatie voltooid in oktober 2019. Dunes of Seagrove complete buitenrenovaties voltooid 2017.

Nieuwe tegel op groot dek (een van de weinige met betegeld dek)

Dunes of Seagrove is een luxe appartement op Scenic Hwy 30A in het prachtige Seagrove Beach. Als je bekend bent met Scenic Hwy 30A, weet je dat het een stapje verder is dan het drukke Destin en Panama City Beach.

Het appartement werd professioneel opnieuw ingericht in 2014 en opnieuw in 2019. Dit omvatte nieuw designmeubilair (Drexel Heritage en Pottery Barn). In 2019 hebben we nieuw tapijt, frisse verf, nieuwe verlichting toegevoegd en de keuken gerenoveerd.

De foto's doen geen recht aan misschien een van de mooiste appartementen met twee slaapkamers op 30A. We willen dat je de beste vakantie hebt die je ooit hebt gehad tegen een redelijke prijs, dus we bieden ons appartement aan tegen zeer concurrerende, gereduceerde tarieven. Je krijgt een flat-level appartement voor een bronzen prijs. Omdat we de beste strandwaarde bieden, hebben we voortdurend een bezetting van 90% ervaren van januari - oktober (100% eind mei tot augustus). Ons hoofddoel is uw tevredenheid. We weten dat uw tijd kostbaar is en we willen dat u elke minuut van uw vakantie geniet.

Great condo
We loved our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The amenities are also perfect for us, quiet beach, gym, tennis and pool. We spent many nights just sitting on the patio watching the kids play below. Perfect vacation.

We absolutely loved everything about this condo stay! Ken made the process so smooth from start to finish. The condo is very neat and so nicely decorated. The patio is out of this world! It is very large compared to any patio I've ever had at any rental property or hotel. It has ample seating for lounging and an outdoor dining area. It also has a pretty view of pool area & the dune/beach. The location it perfect! You can quickly walk to the pool and then out onto the beach. We also felt it was so nicely located close to lots of restaurants, Deer Lake Park & the other 30A communities. The condo & complex was so nice and quiet and relaxing. The whole trip we just kept commenting on how we felt like we couldnt have picked a better place for a relaxing week (teachers wanting to rest over our spring break). We even enjoyed some walks in the neighborhood as well as renting bicycles nearby. The condo is well stocked with anything we needed (towels, pillows, etc.). We didnt use much in the kitchen (since we enjoyed many local restaurants), but the kitchen included lots of amenities as well. The beds were very comfortable as was the livingroom furniture. Ken communicated with us via text to welcome us at arrival & departure. He was so great to work with. This property & host receives our highest praise!! We loved everything about our week of rest, relaxation & good food on 30A!

A very nice place to stay
We enjoyed staying in this unit very much. The king bed was very comfortable along with other furniture in the condo. The owner, Ken, texted us several times during our stay in case we needed anything. The unit was spacious as well as the balcony which was nicely furnished. It was easy access to the beach. The kitchen was equipped with all of the things we needed.

We had an amazing time here! Condo was very clean, property and pools were very clean, beach was amazing! Ken was very good with communication and made the whole process go smoothly. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Vacation
We've stayed in several units at Dunes of Seagrove, and keep coming back. We just love it! I wasn't sure we would make it this Fourth due to budget concerns, but this one proved to be an excellent value. Adequate space, covered parking, and the fabulous Seagrove beach, which even in the peak of summer is not nearly as crowded as much of 30A. The C building is not as close to the beach, but it's just a short walk thru the pool or under the shady garage. It worked well for our family of five given the extra sleeping options via sofa beds. Ken was a great host, a solid communicator before, during and after our stay. We had a little issue and it was taken care of within minutes. Five stars!

I had been visiting Destin for years and always wanted to buy a condo there. However; in 2010, I began going to Seagrove Beach and I knew instantly that this is where I really wanted to be. I love everything about Seagrove Beach. One day I would love to live here full-time. That's why I chose the Dunes of Seagrove. My children and grandkids think this is the greatest place on earth. I agree and we think you will too once you've stayed here.

Location is everything. When we were looking for a condo to purchase, we not only looked at the building and property, we observed the guests and talked to them.
Dunes of Seagrove is a quality, relatively new (2002) condo in a great neighborhood. Seagrove Beach is about half way between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. If you're familiar with 30a you know this is the nicest area of northwest Florida. Seagrove Beach is a little quieter than Destin and a lot less crowded. Everybody bikes here. Biking is a great way to see the area (and people). We love the biking and hiking as much as walking on the pristine beach. Well, almost. Great restaurants and shopping are all around and it's only 20 minutes to Pier Park and 25 minutes to the Destin outlet mall. The new Northwest Florida Beach International Airport is only 35 minutes away.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

Every morning we sit out on the balcony and drink our coffee while overlooking the pool and the beautiful gulf. Everyone loves the beach and pool and they are only steps away, but Seagrove Beach offers so much more. We love the biking, nature walks, and kayaking almost as much as the pristine beach. Deer Lake Park is adjacent to the condo. In the afternoon we love to watch the sunset over the beach from our balcony. Another plus is that our condo faces south toward the gulf. Therefore, you can watch the sunset from the balcony without the early morning or late afternoon sun glaring directly into your condo.
