Helder, Breezy Condo op de Palmy Shore

Deze twee-bed, twee badkamers appartement staat in een ruime, luchtige vijf hectare grote gemeenschappelijke tuin die precies op de oceaan wal leidt waar de branding crashes en de dag aanbreekt. Je naar beneden kijkt vanaf het ruime balkon op het nabijgelegen gemeenschappelijke zwembad en uit door palmen en kasuarbomen naar de zee. Er is een groot balkon waar vogels komen om te worden gevoed en u kunt ontspannen en te lezen na het zwemmen, golfen of het verkennen. Het centrum van de tuin heeft schaduwrijke zithoeken en een barbecue, waar u kunt grillen van de vangst van de dag - uw koffie of dragen vijftig meter naar het prieel met uitzicht op de grote, wilde, romantische strand.

De ontwikkeling is rustig en, meer dan dertig jaar oud, heeft volgroeide tuinen en veel meer ruimte dan vaak het geval is met nieuwere huizen. Ons specifieke appartement heeft nog steeds de originele badkamers en een aantal andere fittingen, dus het is geen luxueuze of state-of-the-art omgeving, maar alles werkt en er is een nauwgezet onderhoudsteam dat onmiddellijk aanwezig is om eventuele problemen op te lossen. De airco-units, tv (met Netflix), koelkast en fornuis zijn allemaal recentelijk geïnstalleerd en er is een goed wifi-netwerk.
Naburige appartementen hoeft u niet over het hoofd, maar de bewoners zijn vriendelijk! Het terrein is goed onderhouden en er is een uitstekend, consciëntieus managementteam (kantoortijden) om voor u te zorgen. Wasserette zijn op de site, zijn gemeenschappelijke en muntautomaten.

Het appartement zelf bestaat uit twee dubbele slaapkamers met A / C en een plafondventilator - al vanaf december-maart de zeewind is vaak genoeg om je comfortabel te houden 's nachts. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer met bad, douche en toilet, met ijdelheid eenheden in de slaapkamers. De leefruimte is ruim 30 meter lang met eethoek en zithoek gescheiden door een keuken met eetbar. Die prachtige zon stromen in elke ochtend en de kingbirds twitter van de hoogste takken, waar de apen soms chatter en te verbergen.

Great location could use some updates

The location and property are great. The unit is probably 75 yards from the ocean which has a nice seating area and gazebo right at the sea wall. The community pool is probably 25 yards. Most of the time we were the only ones at the pool or by the ocean so from that respect the location is unbeatable. There are really good restaurants a very short walk away and the on-site grocery store is surprisingly well-equipped. Unfortunately, one of the two AC units decided to quit on our second night (of 7) there and it wasn't fixed by the time we left. The twin beds that are in that same room were quite soft/springy and not really suitable for adults. I'm sure it's not the easiest thing to get a mattress there but it's probably time for them to be replaced. The property grounds were very nice and quiet so overall the stay was great.

Well appointed Condo on a quiet property.

Our group very much enjoyed the well appointed and decorated condo. You can tell that Sue cares about her unit and is trying to provide whatever you might need for your vacation. I appreciated the pretty curtains instead of the old, broken plastic blinds that are so common at Island Paradise. The grounds and gardens were in great shape considering they aren't allowed to water due to the current drought. The pool was also in great shape and a nice place to relax on a hot afternoon. We appreciated having an Indian, Thai, Sushi and a new Lebanese restaurant all within a 5 minute walk of the condo! We would highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

The perfect place for my stay

This condo was the perfect "home base" for everything I wanted to do in St. Kitts. It has excellent proximity to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The condo unit is well managed, and had everything I needed. I cooked for myself, and found the kitchen well stocked with cookware and implements. Communication from both the owner and the on-site manager were excellent. The unit was clean and pleasant. I was very comfortable and enjoyed my time there.

Great Location

Sue was very helpful answering any questions I had and the on-site rep, Jackie, was very responsive. The location of the condo is the best! Close to the ocean and steps away from the pool. Close to restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store and liquor store. My concerns are with the description of the condo, as I feel it was somewhat misleading and not as informative as it should have been. After talking with other owners of the condos, I was informed they were built in the early 80's...over 35 years old! Almost everything in this condo is original: floors, cabinets, countertops, bathrooms. The wallpaper border is pulling away from the wall, the cabinet doors don't stay closed and there is a large crack in the tile floor running almost the full length of the condo. The description on VRBO was not adequate to make an informed decision. We were able to see another condo in the development that is also available to rent and has been completely renovated. The price to rent the renovated condo is comparable to this one. We will come back to St. Kitts, but we will not stay here.

A perfect apartment for a nice holiday

The apartment is located in a beautiful garden, in the middle of which is a swimming pool. The apartment itself is spacious, well furnished and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need. Various Reataurants are nearby and in the supermarkets you will find everything, all in a slightly upscale price range, but there are all international brands. We enjoyed our stay in St. Kitts and highly recommend this condominium.

We fell in love with St Kitts because it's a wonderful, atmospheric, old-fashioned island where you can enjoy traditional Caribbean lifestyle in tranquil surroundings while the waves crash and the clouds sail majestically across the lush mountain tops. Education is valued here, and there are many historic sites to explore as well as fabulous beaches. The island's careful development plan has ensured that the integrity of the main part of the island has been unsullied by inappropriate building, and at the island's heart is a mountain range covered with rainforest.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

The garden at Island Paradise is a huge plus - five acres of mature trees and flowers right on the ocean's shore. The friendly and helpful office staff always make sure we are comfortable. And the condo itself, all on one level, with two en-suite bathrooms and right next to the pool, is incredibly convenient. Our huge terrace is a great place to chill out. PJ's Italian restaurant is just a step away and right next to Island Paradise we have a mini supermarket, wine shop and internet cafe. Walking along the Atlantic beach (at the bottom of the garden) is always a thrill, and the Caribbean beach is only a ten minute stroll away. And if you like golf, well... we're almost on the green! There's a cab rank outside the property so you don't even need to rent a car. But if you do want that independence, we recommend Bullseye Auto Rental - service that second to none and with a really personal touch.
