- Dear Guests: Welcome to our Naples, Florida home. We hope you find everything in order and to your liking. You should find everything you need for a fabulous Florida vacation. There are several items in this welcome packet that we’d like you to be aware of and take care at the beginning of your stay. In it you’ll find some Regatta rules and guidelines, an important number list, and an arrival and departure checklist. There are a few things we ask of you that will help maintain this condo for you and future guests: 1. Please keep the doors (including the lanai door) closed, while the air conditioning is running. 2. Please help keep the carpeted floor areas clean by removing dirty shoes as you enter the condo. If you have young children please make sure they eat in the tiled floor areas (kitchen & patio)**. 3. If you take any condo utensils, plates or cups…etc. to the beach or pool, please make sure they are returned to the unit. 4. Save our washer and dryer! Please shake excess sand out of the beach towels before you wash/dry them**. 5. Please do not allow very young children to operate the DVD players that are built into the TVs in the bedrooms**. 6. Please use the towels in the basket under the end table in the living area to protect the couch and chairs when in a wet swimming suit or after applying sunscreen to avoid staining**. 7. Please keep all of the condo doors locked and the lights turned off, when you are away. 8. Please inform us of any lost, damaged or broken unit items**. 9. Please recycle! There are recycling bins in the parking garage. For other garbage there is a garbage chute conveniently located on your floor, across the hall, just past the elevator. **Excessive damage/staining to the unit carpeting/contents may impact the refund of your $400 security deposit. It may have been turned up by the previous renters or the cleaners. Please do not set it below 73 degrees. 2. Pick up your parking permit at the guard gate if you didn’t pick it up on your way in. Be sure to keep it visible in your car, while on site at the Regatta. 3. Help yourself to any consumables left in the unit. 4. Check out all the amenities the Regatta has to offer (including the pool behind building one. Walk up the parking ramp to find it!) When you depart: 1. Make sure all of the lights and TV’s are off and unplug all small appliances. 2. Set the air conditioner to 78º using the up arrow on the wall thermostat. 3. Make sure all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher. 4. Please DO NOT leave the dishwasher, washing machine or dryer running when you leave. 5. Strip dirty sheets from the beds and place all sheets and towels on the floor in the laundry room. Please complete as much wash as possible before you depart. Towels take particularly long to dry and the cleaning crew will assess an additional fee, if there is an excessive amount of wash to do. 6. Make sure the extra keys are on the hall table when you leave and use the key in the key box to lock the unit as you depart. 7. Please make sure the beach towels are accounted for. 8. Remove all garbage (including recycling) from the condo, and dispose of all perishable food items. 9. You can leave any unwanted, leftover non-perishable foods and beverages for the cleaning crew on the kitchen counter.
