Prachtig uitzicht op het strand

We were in town with family and the condo was lovely! We had 6 adults and were very comfortable, the views are spectacular, and everything about the condo was exactly what we needed, would recommend anyone to stay here and would gladly stay here again!

Great location - oceanfront, close to great restaurants, easy to find parking. Make sure to pack linens!

The sliding glass doors to balcony are very hard to open (needs maintenance or replacement) Mold growing in kitchen next to AC vent above corner cabinet, Door jams, door knobs very dirty/oily

Cleaner was still there at 4pm, insisted she was done but there were dirty wet towels in master bath. Beach Access stairwell has leak when raining (roof access panel broken) The lock on the beach access balcony door would stick and not lock or lock when we went to beach

Heat was on when we arrived on a 95 degree day, Tommy called HVAC people but, I figured out how to turn on the AC and turn off the heat. before they called back

This property was great! Excellent few and good experience overall. Definitely recommend this place!

We had such a wonderful time on our stay! Perfect home for 2 families with kids. The views are amazing, and there is no place closer to the beach. It’s perfectly located in between the busier boardwalk to the south and the busier beaches to the north where the taller buildings are. Really a sweet spot as far as location and amenities! The place is well kept, with nice and comfortable furniture, well supplied kitchen, perfectly comfortable bedrooms, and clean all around. Also, so great that you can just up and decide to “pop down to the beach” to fly a kite at a moments notice, or because your child really wants to see the water again. It’s literally 2 minutes outside the balcony door.

There are 2 really small minor things I would mention to the owner:

1. Understanding the need for mattress protectors, but it would be so much better to get ones that are breathable and quiet. We were quite warm at night and had a 2 year old sleeping on the floor in a toddler bed in our room. It was harrowing getting in and out of bed because of how loud the mattress cover is.

2. The listing calls out a grill in the amenities. We looked around, but didn’t see a grill and the rules call out no grilling on the balcony, which is totally understandable. We didn’t necessarily miss the grill, there were plenty of other kitchen supplies. But we did buy some items specifically to grill and then found that we didn’t have a grill to cook them on.

Other than these 2 very small things, the place was perfect! Absolutely looking forward to the next time!
