Summer break
Just returned from 2 weeks at this lovely property with great views of the bay. Plenty of kitchen equipment and very comfortable beds and linens. Lots of fishing done from the dock with good eating fish caught. Bryan was a perfect host who dealt with any issues immediately (although we had only had to call on him once). Would definitely consider this rental should we ever return and would recommend to anyone wanting a holiday in a top quality house. Thank you Bryan
What an amazing property!
This property is in a stunning location. The salt water pool was incredible. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We fished off the dock and caught many different types of fish, and even had a manatee swim right by us. The location is perfect for getting anywhere. You could easily walk to several restaurants. The beach is literally less then 5 minutes away. The owners were great. I got to speak with them several times and they are wonderful people. I will definitely stay at this property again. I highly recommend it.

Great location and really comfortable house
Just got back from a spending a week here with my wife, kids and parents.
The house was even better than pictured online. High ceilings and big bright rooms gave it such an open, airy feeling. There were 7 of us all together and there was more than enough space for everyone.
We spent lots of time in and around the pool. It was super clean and nice - probably the most clear pool water I've ever seen.
We also enjoyed the proximity to Nokomis beach. We stayed in Venice last year and never came to Nokomis beach. I'm glad we checked it out this year! It's really great. The water was nice and clear and the sand was smoother than the Venice beach sand (and the water didn't drop off as steep).
Finally, my sons and I enjoyed fishing from the dock. We only caught catfish using shrimp as bait. I think we'll try some different bait next time we're in FL fishing. But it was still fun!
We're already hopeful to come back next year - it's a great house in a great area for family vacations!
Love Dona Bay
Great views and loved the layout of the house. Enjoyed the pool, seeing dolphins and all the wonderful birds. Bryan was terrific and assisted us promptly when there were any issues. Looking forward to returning to the Nokomis area in 2020.

Gelegen op ongeveer 1. 5 mijl van zowel Venice Beach en Nokomis Beach. Slechts 10 mijl naar Sarasota en 60 mijl naar Tampa en 120 mijl naar Orlando. Maak een uitstapje naar Busch Gardens, Tampa en natuurlijk Disney in Orlando. Of gewoon relaxen in onze mooie stranden, golfen en tennissen het hele jaar door, vele goede restaurants en lokale activiteiten.
