1880's Carroll Gardens Sunny Studio

317 Sackett is a comfortable and Cozy place to stay in one of Brooklyn’s best neighborhoods. Convenient to the F train and many restaurants it has everything you need for a wonderful stay. I have stayed her five times and will return.

We love coming back to Cassie's studio. Everything was perfect, as always.

Coming from the U.K, we were initially uncertain about which were the good and safe areas of Brooklyn and which weren’t. Having now stayed here, this is a great location, full of brownstone buildings and a great community feel. We came with our 11 year old and this is very much a family area. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and grocery shops in very easy reach and the subway taking you over to Manhattan is a 5 minute walk.

Cassie’s studio apartment is lovely with well chosen pieces of furniture. Both the double bed and sofa bed are comfortable and it was just the right size for the three of us. There is a small kitchen with 2 hobs, microwave, toaster and coffee machine for anyone wanting to self cater. There are also plenty of pizza and pasta take out places in easy reach.

All in we had a great stay. I’ve only ever stayed in big hotels in Manhattan before years ago when single and this is an infinitely preferable option! I’ve also grown to really really like Brooklyn - safe, quirky and a lot to offer in its own right!

Spent 3 days before a cruise out of Red Hook. This place was perfect. Good restaurants, close to the subway, quiet at night. Couldn’t ask for better.
