The property was clean, well-maintained it was 1 bedroom but the pictures made it seem like 2 bedrooms , it was 1 sofa bed in the living room with a dinner table and i think curtain will be better than blind for more privaty because of the gaps ,unfortunatly if you use the hot water in the morning by evening there not hot water I forgot to tell the landlord about it. my children enjoyed playing in that garden , the place is pleasent and quiet erea I like it so for my next holiday I will rent it again and recommand it to a friend and relative.And one thing The cleaning price should be included in the rent and not separed from the rent because we have to leave the property clean as we found it.
Unfortunately, the feedback is worse than nothing, Because departure I spoke with the owner of the flat and checked about the flat include there condition. At a time been, the owner guaranteed us a condition of the place is cleaned and the hot shower system is available. However, after we arrived to the flat we saw the place was very dirty with dust and also the hot water shower system was out of order.
We took a bath with the bucket instead of the shower head. Also there were no rooms like what we saw the photo on the homeaways’ website. Also the sofa bed at the living room was very dirty as well.
This is absolutely ridiculous and we are completely not satisfied for this kind of services from your company. We are very disappointed to you and complain to your services. We want to know how you manage the flat and what is the standard requirement for the owners to upload their properties to the website. From these complains we strongly request you the refund of the expenses during our stay in the flat.
Note: System show a number of guests are 2 adults but it was 4 adult the owner also confirmed already. We also want to complain regarding this error because it happened from before our departure and we spoke With the Customer Support Centre regarding this however there were no improvement. To be honest, we will not use a services from your company again because we had a very bad experience from the property which you are managing. Also we are considering to distribute a experience which we had from your property to UK tour operators and share with them. Because recently, we opend our new office in London and we also traveling to UK freequently to attend to the workshop. If your services and property was nice and comfortable we considered to use your services again. however, unfortunately we decided not to use your services again forever.
