Afhankelijk van het accommodatiebeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag in rekening worden gebracht.

Bij het inchecken dien je mogelijk een erkend identiteitsbewijs met foto en een creditcard, pinpas of borgsom in contanten te verstrekken voor incidentele kosten.

Speciale verzoeken worden onder voorbehoud van beschikbaarheid bij het inchecken ingewilligd. Hiervoor kunnen extra kosten in rekening worden gebracht. Speciale verzoeken kunnen niet worden gegarandeerd.

Two professionals living primarily on the east coast of Florida. We are passionate about art, boating, hiking, biking and all that Florida has to offer outdoors. We, of course, also enjoy indoor entertainment which is reflected in all of our homes. We love to be comfortable and hope that you will find the same comfort in our home as we do.

This was my primary home when I first moved to Florida and I hope that you enjoy it as much as I have. Everything in the house is smart so for each TV area you can press the watch button on the Control4 remote and select which source you want to watch or press the red 4 button on the Control4 remote and follow the on screen menu. Some of the lighting buttons are programmed for us for when we are there but rule of thumb is the top button closest to the door will turn on the room and the bottom button closest to the door will turn off the room. Please let us know if you have any questions. The locks are electronic so no keys are needed for check in. We change the codes between each guest for your and our safety (including the garage).

We have Fios, Roku, AppleTV, PS3 available throughout the house. There is also a on screen display that will allow you to play music throughout including the back yard. We have both Pandora and Napster installed for your convenience. The house does also have a security system but we leave it disarmed during the stay of any guest. Trash and Recycling schedule is Monday and Thursday mornings. They only pick up recycling on Thursdays. Please have the cans on the curb the night before as some mornings they are very early. Linens will be fresh for every stay, but there are extra linens in the hall closet in case you need them. The airbed is in the closet in the theater and a pump is in the bag with it. All empty closet and drawer space is for you to use as you see fit. Please use the white towels for the hot tub and colored towels on the bottom of the closet for leaving the house. There are bath mats for use for showers. All guest have access to the dock, the patio, entire house, garage, laundry and front yard but we ask that you please refrain from going onto the boat. There is no boating access with this house and we reserve the right to access the boat as needed. You are also welcome to use the entire refrigerator in the kitchen and theater, but we use the one in the garage for when we are there.
