No noise in corridors. Remember that permanent residents live in the building. Be respectfull of the surrounding.

Cute and clean apartment with great location!
This apartment was the perfect home base for my husband and I as we explored the city. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Having the parking included was so convenient too! There was a pizza place, Irish pub, and grocery store all on the same block for easy food options and all the sites, attractions, and restaurants in Old Town were all within a 15 minute walk! Would highly recommend this place!
Un logement au cœur de Québec city
Très agréable séjour. Le lieu est très bien placé et nous nous sommes régalés des activités du Carnaval. Le bus pour les chutes de Montmorency est au pied du logement, nous avons fait tout le reste de notre séjour à pied ! Petit bémol : Attention aux yeux pour ceux qui ont besoin du noir pour dormir...
Good location , good infrastructure
The room is well equipped.
It is possible to walk to the metro station (even with snow).
The heater works well.
The sofa bed is reasonable for satisfactory.
However, I still found it a little expensive for what it delivers. I believe it is a Quebec problem.
A relaxing christmas vacation
The apartment was perfect and good for walking to all the attractions in Quebec City. It was extremely well furnished (a big plus for all of the kitchen accessories!). Check-in was easy once we found the apartment (number 49 not 19!). We really appreciated the parking spot. Lovely Irish pub and pizzeria right downstairs. Anne was very responsive to all of our needs, and we had an excellent stay because of that. We highly recommend her apartment, even for 4 adults.
The Perfect Spot
We had a wonderful stay at Anne's. Situated in a nice area close to everything. It's a very short walk up to Old Quebec, Grocery store, Rue Saint Joseph, Rue Saint Jean.
Communicating with Anne was easy, check-in was a breeze, parking was a plus. Apartment was very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and the laundry option was nice to have.
Highly recommended place to stay when in Quebec City.
Excellent Location & Atmosphere
Great location and good for walking to all the attractions in Old Quebec City. The appt. had everything that you need for a enjoyable stay in QC. We never had to use our vehicle. Could not be easier for check in and walking distance to area attractions. Great pizza in neighbourhood as well
