Deze woning is gelegen op twee mijl van de stranden en twee honderd meter van het centrum van de stad die drie kerken, een supermarkt en slijterij, cadeau-en surf winkel, bibliotheek, stomerijen, pizza winkel, lokaal ontbijt / lunch eetcafe, buurthuis heeft , speeltuin, tennis-en basketbalvelden, honkbal en voetbal velden, makelaars, politie / brand schuur en het stadhuis.

What a great place for a retreat from city life! The views of the sunset and countryside from the deck are gorgeous. The house is comfortable and spacious and the yard enormous. My wife and I stayed by ourselves but the ample room makes it ideal for accommodating our larger group of family and friends returning with us in the summer. The owners were very gracious as well as helpful and responded quickly to our questions/needs. We were pleased that they provided attractive linens and towels which made our packing easier. We highly recommend this home!!
This large home shares a stunning piece of property with an even larger, family/owner- occupied home; the setting is incomparable, and having ownership onsite means that any needs during one’s stay are attended to quickly. The rolling back lawn is hemmed in on all sides by stone-walled fields of green. Plenty of room for frisbee, croquet, football, grilling, exploring, or simply hanging around the fire as the sun sets. Just a quick walk to the quaint town common and a stone’s throw from several beaches, Little Compton and this home are perfect for the vacationer seeking to truly get away from it all. For those seeking a little more activity, Tiverton 4 Corners and its shops are also nearby and Newport offers a good day trip opportunity. The house itself is a vintage country home— comfortable and roomy, with upstairs and downstairs porches and plenty of sleeping room. The house and property are welcoming, spacious, and unpretentious; we loved our time here as a family— especially a raucous lobster dinner around the big dining table!
Our stay at this home and property has been FABULOUS! We have stayed here several times and will continue to reserve a week each summer in the future. This traditional home is clean and we'll-maintained; the manager is on-site and readily available for any questions or needs.So much history is evident in this home and on this property. Our family has spent several week-long summer vacations here together. The grounds are spectacular and perfect for adults and children to enjoy summer evenings outside playing and chatting. The property is located very close to the center of town and the beach. We will definitely be back for many years to come.
My Family and I have been staying in this beautiful home for the last 5 summers. It is ideally located and perfectly situation on an expansive property. It is walking distance from the quaint town square and is very close to the beach. The five bedrooms handles our every expanding family and staying here has become our families annual summer tradition. We all look forward to our week in Little Compton!
We have been staying here with extended family for the last few years and very much enjoy our experiences. The house is very short walk to the town square and only a few minutes from the water. The property has a very large yard/field where we have spend many hours playing cornhole, flying kites, and playing games with family members. This home has been a source of several fond memories of family get togethers in the summer.
The house itself has a rustic charm and is in very good shape given its age. It has always been clean and well maintained and we have not had any issues with appliances, gas grill, or lights. There is no air conditioning, but the summers are often cool enough that fans provide enough cooling. The owners have always been available and helpful when we have asked questions.
I would recommend this rental for people interested in staying in the Little Compton/Tiverton area.
Our family has vacationed here for the past five years. Gorgeous piece of property! The house is spacious and has everything you could need plus more! Walking distance to coffee shop and general store. Short distance to beach! I would highly recommend staying at this house.
