The apartment, recently renovated, is very large and bright, tastefully decorated and well-groomed. The atmosphere is very warm, welcoming and refined thanks to the blend of modern and antique furniture. The apartment has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster and kettle, large living room with sofa and dining room, equipped with wonderful antique furniture, double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and two bedside tables, second bedroom with single bed, very nice bathroom with shower and closet.
To give romance environment then there is a large balcony that opens from the living area, where you can sunbathe, enjoy reading or just relax without having to give up the enchanting panorama that gives the lake.

The Air conditioning is an extra paid for the months of June, July and August with a cost of €50 per week to be paid at the check in cash; with credit card there is an increase of 2% for commissions. The request of the AC doesn't require a notice but at the arrival, if requested, our assistant will give you the remotes controls and show the use.

The time for the check in is between 4pm to 7pm: if you are going to arrive later you must aware us and pay an extra of €35 for the service.
