Hermosa Beach, 30 minuten van het centrum van L. A. en 15 minuten ten zuiden van LAX. Coastal Living en Sunset Magazines beoordelen Hermosa als een topstrand. Het is een prachtig huis op het strand gelegen in het mooiste deel van Hermosa Beach. De uitzichten zijn adembenemend.

Het is 2 minuten lopen naar heerlijke restaurants die 's morgens tot' s avonds geopend zijn, evenals een supermarkt. Het is 8 minuten lopen naar Pier Plaza met een grote verscheidenheid aan restaurants en winkels. Target, Nordstrom in South Bay Galleria Mall en Costco liggen op 7-15 minuten rijden.

De Casita is ontworpen in luxe Tommy Bahama-stijl. De woning heeft een frisse volledige keuken met granieten aanrecht en eiland. De slaapkamers en badkamers zijn compleet en mooi ingericht. Er zijn mooie houten vloeren door het hele huis.

LET OP: Dit huis is NIET beschikbaar voor partijen van ELK soort, inclusief verjaardagen, diploma-uitreikingen en bruiloften.


Veel interessante en leuke dingen om te doen in de buurt: doe je trainingen in de sportschool 'The Yard'. Valley Park heeft een nieuwe kinderspeelplaats op slechts 1/2 mijl afstand. Openbare tennis- en basketbalvelden zijn in de buurt. Redondo Beach Pier en King Harbor liggen op 3,2 km afstand en bieden alle vis- en bootgerelateerde activiteiten, waaronder walvissen spotten. Golf driving ranges, par 3 banen en minigolf liggen op 15 minuten afstand. De prachtige Donald Trump National Golf Club ligt op 20 minuten rijden.

U bevindt zich op een snelweg van: Los Angeles Zoo, The Getty Center, Hollywood, Malibu, Magic Mountain, Universal Studios, La Brea Tar Pits, Knott's Berry Farm, Disneyland, California Adventure, Sea World, San Diego, Santa Barbara en Palm Springs.

Loved our stay
Our family loved this home and plan on returning. All the previous reviews are 100% accurate about how wonderful the house is and how the location can’t be beat. The house has everything you need and more. The house is on the strand so you have nightly sunsets and easy walks to the ocean waves. We loved using the bikes. We appreciated the secure court yard to easily store the bikes when not in use. The fire pit and outdoor patio were used often and made you feel like there was even more space to enjoy. The home owner Buckita is as sweet, caring and friendly as all the reviews explain. We really enjoyed our 30 days in her home and appreciate all her attention to detail. We can’t wait to return.

First off, you feel like you're staying at your family beach house when you're here. Buckita truly goes above and beyond, and is just one of those people who you are truly fortunate to encounter in life. The location is unbeatable. We loved our time here!

The beach was our front yard— we loved it. The owner was very helpful and home had everything we needed. The town plaza is a nice short walk from the home with lots of restaurants and nightlife. We want to return next year!!

Home away from home
This was a treat! The home provided everything you need from various serving platters, towels, toys for all ages, boogie board, surfboards, wetsuit, umbrellas, chairs...I mean, you name it, it had it! The view and people watching was priceless. We truly felt like we were at home and were so sad to leave. Buckita the owner was a sweetheart and she really made this experience so that you feel at home. We are going to miss it BUT, we will be back!

Hermosa Beach, our favorite!
Our family has stayed at this property several times, and we are absolutely in love with Hermosa Beach! We are a family of four, and love the accommodations. The property is appointed with anything and everything you could possibly need while you are there. All you need is to pack a suitcase. The property is in a fantastic location with many restaurants and charming shops to visit. This property is spotless, and our favorite feature is the outdoor patio. Whether you want to enjoy a quiet morning, watch a fun volleyball match, or a beautiful sunset, this is the spot. There has not been a day that has gone by that a passerby has not said how nice the property is. This location is PERFECT for anyone wanting to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Southern California. It is close to many attractions like Disneyland, and Hollywood, but honestly, our family (including the kids) never want to leave. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind, and one of the only places we have been where we didn't feel like we needed a vacation from vacation. It is very apparent that there is pride of ownership. Each time we visit we notice something that has been added or improved upon. The owner is very friendly, and hospitable. We would highly recommend this property to everyone, and look forward to returning after each visit. (Our kids actually cry when it is time to return home...they love it THAT much).

This location is considered, by South Bay real estate experts, to be one of the top three lots on the Hermosa Beach Strand. It's on a corner and oversized, it's north of the pier, and sits on the 'sunny side' of the street. Most Strand homes have a small deck in front.... we choose this location because of the large deck and huge ocean front side yard.

The Presidente hosts one the largest amounts of private use outdoor space on The Strand.
