Marvin Villa is een prachtige bungalowvilla gelegen op het schiereiland Vigie in het noordwesten van St. Lucia. De villa biedt een fantastisch uitzicht op zee op het 5 mijl lange strand van Vigie en ligt strategisch op slechts 2 minuten lopen van de villa. Bovendien George F. L. De luchthaven van Charles, die inter-eiland-vluchten in de hele regio biedt, ligt op slechts 2 minuten afstand. De villa ligt op 5 minuten van de hoofdstad Castries en op 5 minuten van een winkelcentrum en supermarkten. Marvin Villa is gelegen aan de Vigie Crescent-weg in een mooie, rustige woonwijk, ideaal om te wandelen en wandelen en historische artefacten kunnen worden gevonden, zoals oude militaire gebouwen.
Deze villa is split-level en beschikt over twee zeer brede lange balkons die de voorkant van de villa omvatten en cascades op het terrasvormige hellende gazon. De balkons zijn ideaal voor entertainment, aangezien de lange dakranden voldoende schaduw bieden tegen het sterke zonlicht. Het schilderachtige Vigie-strand kan worden bekeken vanaf de balkons en het zwembad.
Het huis is zorgvuldig en smaakvol ingericht om het tropische Caribisch gebied met felle kleuren en met elegantie weer te geven. Marvin heeft een ontspannen, comfortabele levensstijl.
Het huis bestaat uit 3 slaapkamers allen met A / C.
Marvin Villa is gelegen op een hectare grond in een uitgestrekte tuin. Het unieke kenmerk van dit huis is de bar die zowel vanaf de grote patio als vanuit de woonkamer toegankelijk is, waardoor het ideaal is voor entertainment. De achterveranda is een ander aantrekkelijk kenmerk van het huis van waaruit alle 3 slaapkamers die toegankelijk zijn.
Het zwembad heeft zout water om het milieuvriendelijk te maken, van waaruit u kunt genieten van het uitzicht op de Caribische Zee (Vigie Beach).
PERSONEEL
Schoonmaak, kookservice, zwembad en algemeen onderhoud zijn inbegrepen tijdens uw verblijf. Onze huishoudster Catalina werkt op dinsdag, donderdag en zaterdag. De tuinman werkt twee keer per week. Personeel werkt niet op feestdagen of op zondagen (behalve tijdens de kerstweek). De privékok is op aanvraag beschikbaar met een kennisgeving van 24 uur. Haar kookkunst van Caribische recepten heeft de echte Caribische smaak en is populair bij gasten. Marvin Villa biedt 3 dagen gratis kookservice tijdens een verblijf van 7 dagen. Elke extra kookdag kost US $ 40. 00 per dag. In beide gevallen betalen de gasten altijd voor de boodschappen. Schoonmaak en algemeen onderhoud zijn 3 dagen beschikbaar tijdens een verblijf van 7 dagen en de zwembadservice is eenmaal per week inbegrepen.

Vigie Beach Stay
Great location except for airport plane noise We enjoyed the house with pool. Our host was exceptionally helpful with restaurant recommendations and supermarkets. Accommodation was well equipped with complimentary coffee, milk water, a bottle of rum. Would certainly recommend it for any travelers to St. Lucia !

This location is awesome! Spectacular view of the bay and a 2min walk to Vigie Beach. The house is set up like 3 separate suites. The main suite has its own bathroom and shower, the other 2 rooms share a bathroom and shower. The Kitchen and living room space are separate from the rooms but that proved not to be an issue. The Salt water pool was perfect, not too warm or cold and we used it everyday. Lastly, Heather our host was extremely nice to work with. She was very responsive upon arrival at 9:30pm and checked in mid week to ensure we were completely satisfied.

A charming little villa :) Heather and her team were incredibly responsive! They had great suggestions about attractions and practical things like taxis. The pool is perfection and the view out of this world.

Marvin Villa was lovely. We were helped out by Maxine who was absolutely wonderful. She was always available and got back to us immediately about everything. She was fantastic and I have only great things to say about her. This villa is on a lovely property but yes, it is by the airport. We were not bothered by this but you can definitely hear the planes. The proximity to Vigie beach is perfect and was one of our favourite beaches, some days it was busier because of the cruise ships and some days we were one of very few families there. There are a few restaurants on the beach as well but make sure you go before 3ish because the food options run out. The location is nice, fairly central, 20 minutes to Rodney Bay and about 40min to Marigot Bay. You will enjoy your time better if you rent a car at least for a few days as there isn't a ton of stuff that is within walking distance. Maxine and Heather can arrange a car for you as well. The villa's main living area is open to air so there were a few bugs, mostly small fruit fly type things, didn't bother us at all but something worth noting. Also, just be aware that VRBO pricing is in AMERICAN. We ended up spending more than we thought because of this. We enjoyed our stay, would recommend.

Wonderful relaxing stay
We think this must be the best place to stay on Saint Lucia! We had a very warm welcome from Heather , the owner, and a meal ready for us on arrival, which was most welcome. The house is very comfortable and the pool is delightful with great views. Just a short walk away is Vigie Beach which we thought much much nicer than Reduit beach as it is not crowded at all. The location of the house is very central on the island and so makes getting around easy. We used a shuttle service to take us from the airport to the villa and Heather organized a rental car to be delivered and picked up from the house which was cheaper and more convenient than the usual rental companies. We had a lovely day with the Endless Breeze company sailing along the coast to Soufriere where we visited the volcano, mud baths, waterfall and had lunch in a chocolate plantation. We then had a great sail back up the coast. The company minibus picked us up and dropped us off. Another great trip was to the rain forest. Again the company minibus picked us up and dropped us off. It was a fascinating several hours exploring the rain forest, we did it gently in a gondola above the trees but the zip lining looked like a lot of fun. We had a lovely evening in Marigot Bay. We had dinner at Chateau Mygot right on the edge of the bay, delightful. The local beach was just gorgeous and the food at the bar was reasonable and tasty. Heather was a wonderful host, very attentive and helpful. Communicating with her was so easy from even before we arrived. A couple of things to be aware of: the third bedroom contains the security system, the noise from which could be disturbing; if you use Catalina to prepare a meal for you, have very clear communication on menu choice and grocery purchase to avoid misunderstandings; as in most Caribbean hotels and houses, there is no A/C in the living areas but there is a fan available. We had a wonderful and most relaxing time at Marvin Villa and would highly recommend it.
