Located in the coastal town of Plounévez-Lochrist, just 1 km walk from the magnificent Baie du Kernic, via agricultural paths and 3 km from the beaches of Kéremma (in the heart of a Natura 2000 zone) among the most beautiful in Finistère. For walkers, various hiking trails crisscross the green valleys of the town leading to the sea (one of them passes in front of the gîte.) and you can explore the GR 34 which takes the coastal hiking trail or all simply on a stroll. For water sports, the Plouescat nautical center offers sailing, catamaran, paddle, kayak, sand yacht, etc.
For visits to remarkable sites, don't miss: the circuit of parish enclosures, the Château de Kerjean, or the former Cordeliers convent in Landerneau where very beautiful exhibitions are regularly organized. The Ménéham site with its breathtaking view, you will discover a hamlet of old restored cottages facing the sea. On the island of Batz and Roscoff, you will discover exotic gardens. A little further, visit Brest Océanopolis and its incomparable marine fauna.
