Het privé dakterras is het kroonjuweel van dit appartement. Het biedt een oase-ervaring met een panoramisch uitzicht op de oceaan en de tuinen van Las Catalinas. De achtpersoons eettafel en luxe hangende bank zijn overdekt met een prachtige cana brava pergola die volledige schaduw biedt, zodat u elke dag urenlang comfortabel kunt zitten staren naar de oceaan of ontspannen met uw favoriete bezigheden. De grill en kookruimte van het terras maken het ideaal voor een tropische eetervaring. Het uitzicht op de zonsondergang is gewoon adembenemend. Nodig vrienden uit voor een happy hour en geniet van de show.

Het appartement is warm en uitnodigend en beschikt over mooie, lokaal gemaakte houten meubels en afwerkingen. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een eigen badkamer en zowel een Juliette-balkon als een terras waar u kunt ontspannen met uw koffie in de ochtend en geniet van het uitzicht op de oceaan en de stad. De tweede slaapkamer kan worden geconfigureerd met twee aparte bedden of een kingsize bed; Het beschikt over een lang Juliette balkon met een gedeeltelijk uitzicht op de oceaan. Las Catalinas is kunstig ontworpen als een wandelstad met prachtige paden die leiden naar alle voorzieningen van de stad. Loved our stay

This is an amazing property and the balcony may be one of the best in Las Catalinas. Exceptionally clean and well maintained each day by housekeeping staff. All of the amenities you need. One annoying part of our trip was we were not aware there would be construction just above our pool at the Beach Club. A small irritant to an otherwise great stay.

Pura Vida in Las Catalinas

We had a wonderful stay at this site. The bedrooms were spacious, nice island and living area. My favorite was the rooftop where we loved having our morning coffee. I spent the morning on the swing viewing the ocean and the evenings loving the ocean sounds. The location is near the beach and the local store. I loved every minute of this place. One suggestion...plan on staying longer, you will love it!

The Heart of Las Catalinas!

A great location in the heart of Las Catalinas! A top floor unit with incredible views, especially at sunset but quite a number of stairs(we were only challenged as we had my 84 yr old parents but they managed!). Inside was quite comfortable and each room had its own fan and AC unit. Beds were firm and pillows were fluffy! Would love to have had a few side tables and chairs on the master patio as well as the amazing skydeck but the sofa swing was a wonderful place to start the day with coffee! Very well situated next to the Copper and Stone grocery store(if you can stock up before you arrive that would be best!). Unit didn't have any basics such as salt/pepper/oil. The beach was very close so we heard the waves crashing at night. Very easy swimming with gradual walk into water(all sand!). Restaurants weren't cheap but given location we understand why! Staff was all very friendly and eager to help. LC is a magical place that is unlike anything else we saw in CR. We knew going in that it was more like a European village and NOT typical Costa Rican living. It was mostly quiet though and neighbors were generally very respectful. Demographic seemed to be families w young kids, young couples or middle aged adults. Due to the cobblestones and abundant stairs I might not recommend the condos for elders or anyone w disabilities. My parents stayed a couple of nights at the Hotel Santarena and they were much happier there. Husband and I loved the condo though!

A unique Costa Rican experience

Having been to Costa Rica many times, and in many parts of this beautiful country, I found this to be much different than any other visit. The community concept is enchanting but I did not find it to be authentic. That being said, if one knows this prior to visiting, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. The location is quite removed from other towns/services which has you relying on the services/amenities/restaurants offered within the development. For an extended stay, I would grow weary of that. On the other hand it was a beautiful, safe environment and I met many happy guests that return for the unique experience Las Catalinas offers. .
